            On 5/21/22 I purchased 5 items from this company. Aka ******. I paid them $311.77.On 5/28/22, they sent me an email saying that they couldn't locate one of the items, an Excalibur dehydrator, and that they would send me a refund of $77.71 by 5/31/22. I have never received that refund.When I received the other items, 2 of the large boxes were stacked on each other and just taped together. There was a lot of damage done. It looked as if they had been dropped multiple times. The products didn't work. *** picked up the package and decided that the way it was packaged did not meet their guidelines, so the claim was denied and *** sent the items back to the company. The company received them on 6/8/22 but never bothered to tell me or follow up, and I am still out $220. They have the products and my money. I want my money back for the Cosori dehydrator and the pottery wheel.Then on 5/24/22, on invoice ******, there was a hair removal device and trimmer that I paid for but never received. They told me on 6/10/22 that they would send me a refund, for $19.64, but I have yet to receive that either. I have emailed them multiple times but they won't respond.

            Sly indeed! They sell not only store returns buy anything that people may bring in. I bought a computer only to find that it was an empty shell. Everything inside had been removed. They claim to be an auction site but they actually bid against you to raise the bids. This is taken from their Terms and Conditions posted on their website: "Seller Bidding: The SELLER, their agent, or the Auction Co. RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BID on the seller's item in order to protect their investment. The auction company, in bidding for the seller as their agent, will only bid on items that require a minimum amount in order to be sold.:
