Bought a 2007 Mercedez. Have not yet received title. Found out 13 years of back registration fees are due. Car delivered with rear bumper hanging off and scraped on both sides. Delivered with dead battery and no gas. So far in 2months repairs have cost over ****. And still is not safe to drive . The suspension is broken . The brakes and rotors tires are bad. The drivetrain is broken it needs new ball joints. I've only had it 2 months and have not been able to drive it. Registration is going to cost **** be cause of back registration. I asked about all of these things and was told it was ok. They told me they would give me a **** refund and then wanted me to text them my cc number to give me the refund. I thought that was very shady and unprofessional. I'm not texting my cc number to someone I don't know. I still haven't gotten the title.

I bought a used Chrysler Van from them and (1) I had to contact them repeatedly to get the title, (2) I have put $6000 worth of work in the van since I bought it and it's still not running properly, and (3) they lied about whether or not the vehicle was in a previous accident. I finally got the title by calling the prior owners and the **** DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE--no matter how good the deal seems. They are rude, unhelpful, and you will lose money and time. Trying to get a response takes about 10 phone calls--and then, they don't take your calls and they certainly don't have any answers. If I could rate them less than 1 Star, I would.

I purchased a **** ***** Odyssey From Klean motor sports . I had them give me a written Guarantee on three repairs needed, They refused to Honor this Written contract..The Salesman also lied about the mileage.

I bought a 2011 ****** from this dealer in 2021. It was a great car and now after one year I did not see any issue in it nor I spent a dollar on it except regular oil change. I highly recommend this dealership.

DO NOT EVER GET A CAR FROM THESE LIARS, paid 10k cash for a 2015 200c drove it for 11days the trans went out they told me I had a 15 day garuntee on the engine and trans, now there sayin they cant help me cuz I drove it over 500 miles (witch is a lie) and even if I did its been 10 days I paid 10k cash my car should not be broke down with a bad transmission already, and they are refusing to help me, left me broke down in ******* with my four kids and told me that wasnt there problem wouldnt even give these guys half a star rating if it was a option Id put negative 5

I dont recommend this place at all have them over $10k in cash an Ive been fixing on this car since I bought it in December 22,2021. A one of the managers tells nothing but lies.

I purchased a 2013 ****** Impreza on January 12, 2022. It was as-is but it came with a 15 day warranty on engine and transmission. Once I left the lot and got on the expressway, several warning lights came on. I returned to the dealer that evening and was helped by a salesperson who used a device to turn the warning lights off and said it was just from the car being detailed. The next day the lights went on again so I took the vehicle to my mechanic who determined the vehicle needed a transmission and an intake sensor. I contacted the dealer and was told I could not bring the car in for another week. I ended up bringing it to the dealer I believe on the 17th of January. It is now Feb 1 and I keep being told they are waiting for a transmission, it is a supply chain issue, and it will be at least 2 more weeks. Today, I called and spoke with Mo and informed him I cannot continue paying for a rental car and I demanded a loaner car. Mo stated the owner would call me back. That call never came. I called that afternoon and was told the owner refused to give me a loaner car. I asked if the transmission is out of my car or if it is still running. I was told it was running so I informed them I would pick it up tomorrow and keep it until the transmission comes in. I anticipate there will be issues getting my car back tomorrow but I will see. All this on top of the fact the car was advertised at $9995 but they charged me ******, saying the lower price was a the cash only price but I financed the vehicle. This information was not advertised on the website or conveyed to me prior to signing for the purchase of the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
