The company did not do their job correctly on 3/18/2023. They did roding and charged me 650. The problem was not solved so they had to come back 2 weeks later and this time they said they need to do pdp after they did roding and camera and get the city to fix the issue. They charged me 550 before even filing the permit with the city when on the phone **** said they call the city and then bill me. He never called the city and now expects me to pay for roding twice even though they didn't do the job correctly the first time. He said people could have thrown things down the line but ***** was living there. The people had moved out and when the new people moved in on April. They noticed the issue so called **** again to get the issue solved and they didn't solve it but billed another 550. I worked with in the past they have always try to upcharge but I didn't think anything of it until this time.Business response

There is no warranty on rodding's as we do not know the condition of the sewers and we can be responsible for how they are used or if tree roots are growing in them and how fast. We did call ******* for a pdp. There is an issue with the sewer line that rodding can not fix instantly.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:They did not call the ******* pdp. They wanted more money for that. They wanted more money for calling ******* pdp and rodding again after the first one they did incorrectly. I had to call **************************************, Plumbing, & Electric. Please call them to verify at **************.

The first time we came out and the second time we came out was a difference of a month. Both times the technician got the line draining. The second invoice was not paid for and voided even though we preformed work. There is an issue in the sewer in the street that has been notated on several of our past invoices. We can not be responsible for the condition of the sewer.
