  AWM **************** (*********************) installed my roof and portion of the sidings on my house. 4 months after the installation I started noticing lots of problems with the roof shingles (coming off, bent, uneven, sunlight parts missing etc), along with messed up sidings (coming off). After multiple emails to *********************, he finally sent someone who didn't fix the roof or the sidings and instead left lots of nails on the roof and around the house. Again after repeated emails, **** sent his guy. His guy agreed that the Shingles were bad quality (even though i was charged extra saying these are premium shingles) and his company will file a claim under warranty with the manufactorer. After almost a month when I didn't hear back from ****, i emailed him asking what the update on shingles is. His response was "We are done". AWM Construction *** is not honoring their contract on the warranty and is walking away without fixing the issues with bad shingles. ********************* is not answering his phone and is ignoring emails. Its been barely a year since the installation so everything is still under warranty, but AWM Construction *** is not responding to fix roofing issues.

  We had gone back to the house three times to address the issues that the homeowner had.  Two of those times we fixed the issues, replaced siding , and assured him that the roof was good.  Nobody ever said that the shingles were defective, or poor quality. No one ever mentioned putting in a claim with manufacturer

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The owner **** knew he is wrong and didn't even show up,  instead sent some other guy yesterday who simply kept saying our guy would never say about filing a claim. He is lying because he knows his guy didn't do the work. He even admitted that its wrong that his guy left all the nails on the roof and around the house. He simply kept saying the plywood is bad,  instead of admitting his guys did a bad job and the  shingles aren't good. He is lying and not admitting his fault and his guy's fault for saying they will file a claim for shingles. He didn't even go on top of the roof to get me pictures that the roof isn't in bad shape there. he wing only to 2 places where i can already see- Shed and Sunroom. This is only place that he kept talking about.  Even after repeatedly telling him to get me pics of roof up higher,  he didn't do it. Because he knows if he takes pics he will have to fix it. 

  They need to fix the issues instead of lying to customer

  After his complaint - I sent my partner out there 

  And he would like work done - THAT WAS never paid for by the insurance company

  We agreed to do the work - It has not been done yet , But will be by winter 

  NO claim on the shingles - No other issues on the roof
