To Whom It May ********* had water damage in basement and it was flooded and I chose Clean USA due to me being panic. I didnt realize they had complains on BBB already. Due to sump pump issue, carpet was damaged. He asked me to look at the policy he saw the amount and he said I am covered.I didnt know I only had 25K damage policy due to sump pump. He said it will be close to $4K.Now they sending the invoice of 10K to insurance which leaves me only 15k to replace carpet, install dry walls, baseboards and personal damage stuff. This invoice is beyond imagination. They mislead me and put incorrect information in my head by giving 4K. I wouldnt have chosen them. Also, I requested them when will they come pick up fans and humidifiers, they said Tuesday and still didnt show up, they showed up next day and left equipment another day saying its not dry which was incorrect. Also, when I called they said to turn off the equipment. I strongly believe that they did all this just to get more money out of insurance which is unfair for me. Looking at labor cost and materials these days, I cant get much done with 15K. They are tryin to cheat insurance and do fraud to get more money out of it. Office manager sent email and called and shared the invoice total. They should come down on the price and modify their invoice.

Original contact to business - ******** advises 3-day flat fee.Tech informed of work required.Tech leaves and says h*** be back to finish work. Tech never returns.Few months go by and office contacts me stating the tech is not able to get ahold of me and they want their equipment. I informed the office that no one has attempted to contact me for pick-up or to finish the work. I was told the tech will reach out; I agreed to wait. Today (about a month later), I received a threatening email from the company saying if I do not agree to a date for pick-up and allow the techs to take measurements, further action will be taken.

The water damage call was first received on02/19/2023 at 9:55 PM. We responded to the call. We scheduled follow up appointments to finish the job. On the third appointment a plumber was there and we unable to finish the job. *** our production manager made several attempts to schedule to come back to finish and pick up equipment through March. In April he gave the task to **** the office manager. **** also made multiple attempts at communication with ******* both via phone messages and emails. In June it was decided that we would need to recover our equipment or bill for the cost because of no response from ******* or her mother *** who lives at the property. We have recover our equipment and are fine with no charge for the work that was done before 03/02/2023.

The complaint does not belong to my company. We are a home service business ie. **************** damage service. We do not service outside of ******** and we do not sell or service floor scrubber parts. Complaint is most likely for ***-Clean *****************************************.

      Thank you,
