On 23 June 2021 two men from R&M Services came to my house to repair/replace an outside water faucet. One man said the faucet needed to be replaced and to do that they would need to cut a hole from the inside basement wall to remove the outside faucet. My basement is a finished basement. I agreed so he cut a square piece out of the wall to get to the back of the faucet. He removed it and replaced with a new faucet. On my Customer order Ticket no. ******** dated 23 June 2021 he charged me for a kick plate to cover the hole in my wall. I have exposed insulation showing. On the ticket he wrote “will be back to put in kick plate”. I have been calling numerous times, ****** says they have it, acknowledged my ticket and they will deliver it, that was a few months ago. Since Nov, every time I call, ****** or another guy tell me ***** will call me back and I do not receive a call back. ****** keeps says they are busy with jobs and replacing furnaces. I don’t know what I need to do to get this resolved. I paid $182.45 with ***** ****. I can see from reviews now that they are not completing jobs and fail to response to customer issues. Please help. We are going into winter and I have an exposed wall that has insulation exposed. I do not want cold air, bugs,etc coming in.
