School is not allowing students to attend school when tuition is current. Many students have complained about this matter and nothing has been solved. This is the second time I have experienced this attending this school. The director of the school is extremely unprofessional and does not care about the success of the school and students. She harassed students about payment. In regards to tuition, even when tuition is paid, director overlooks and sends me home. There are also many things wrong with the schools. Half the salon stations does not work properly, no product to use on clients, etc. things need to change.Initial Complaint

I had written an email to the principal explaining my concerns, and how I felt everything was unfair that I had to pain when all mistakes were made by the student financial team. It took ******************* to get back to me when I had to reach out to someone else explaining that I needed someone elses number above her yo make a complaint when she decided to get back yo me its because I forgot. Here is the original email I sent. Dear Ms. ***** My name is ***************************** and I recently graduated from Paul Mitchell the school. I graduated June 11th, 2022. It was bought to my attention that I owe ****** dollars to the school because I went over my revised graduation date. Before I go into depth on that I will like to start off by saying I enrolled to ******************* in April 2021 in the part time program. I would start April 13, 2021. Now when that day came I had contacted the school because I never received an email or paperwork saying I can start that day. It was bought to my attention that day that ***** never put through my paperwork to start. They ended up letting me start that day. Once I graduated out of the esthetics core program I had taken a leave due to personal reasons being that I had to look for a place to live since I was no longer living with my mother. After fighting with the school to let me figure out my living situation they finally let me go on leave. I would re-enroll back into the program before January 19th, 2022 so I can be under my 180 days of being on leave , but to the full time program this time. Since I was struggling to find a place to live still and money was very tight I had contacted ************ and ****** regarding my situation and how I wasnt sure how I was going to pay 200 dollars to re-enroll to the program. They both decided that they will waive the fee, but ***** did not care for that after I had showed him proof that Ms. ****** and ************ both decided that it can be waived. I sucked it up and ended up paying the 200 dollar.
