I’ve been riding with them for the last few months without any problems. However recently they have failed to communicate properly by confirming appointments, have been late on multiple occasions, and have been rude on the phone when I call to check the status of my ride. They encourage people to call with concerns but when I did so and tried to bring the concerns to the supervisor she had a poor attitude and made excuses instead of taking any responsibility. And Instead of working to resolve the issues they removed me from their scheduling completely, which is completely unethical and unprofessional of them to do. On top of all of this, many of the drivers do not seem to be happy with their jobs. All the complaining I heard about the company made me feel uncomfortable.Review from Jennifer C

They always accept then deny rides for me 24 to 48 hours prior,I called the new Jersey LLC location,I found out some really interesting things ?? they will find out soon ty to Mrs sam at new Jersey LLC location ?? they need to be shut down here !Review from Samantha S.

Got a ride through them for my son’s neurology appt 50 mins away. Driver was dozing off multiple times. When we arrived at our appt, I called Quality Med & told them of the situation. Whatever man I spoke to told me he would try to find another driver but that it wasn’t 100% guaranteed. Didn’t seem sympathetic or apologetic AT ALL. I asked him what was I supposed to do in a town I don’t live in if they couldn’t find another driver. He rudely said I’d have to find my own way home. I asked to speak to someone above him & he said he owns the company, and very rudely suggested that only God is above him. The lack of compassion from this company or concern for a dozing driver is what will make me NEVER ride with them again.
