We purchased a new construction home from ********************* Construction *** on November 25, 2020. He was very accommodating too fixing issues up until recent. Our home came with a 1 year warranty. During this year we started having issues with our LVP flooring. I originally contacted **** ****** of *********************************************** the hallway and sticking up. **** and another guy came by on September 8th 2021 to fix the plank. However; they ended up taking all the hallway planks up leading too the open floor plan kitchen. At this point we were advised that all of the floors in the kitchen would need to be removed because the planks are not snapping in. I thought that this was strange since the planks should easily snap in if the cutting was exact. The fix offered from **** and the guy was to install a transition which I was assured would be seamless and undetectable. **** advised that he would order the custom piece and return too install. On September 21, 2021 **** returns and installs a transition that he confessed too picking up from Lowes. It looks unprofessional and definitely does not blend with the flooring. In addition.. nails are sticking up and its more like a speed bump. I advise **** of this and he agreed too redo. I state that I want the flooring done professionally as this is a new house. In October 2021 **** drops off 5 boxes of flooring and advises that he will take up the transition and replace floors in kitchen. We have had multiple texts throughout which lead too nothing. Recently in March 09, 2022 I offer an alternative too replacing. Whereas the transition can be removed and a custom cut piece can be glued down too fill gap and filled with Vinyl filler. **** advised that he needs too check his schedule and I havent heard anything since. Even with multiple texts and calls. In addition the siding that he agreed too repair is still not complete.
