On May 2, 2023, I ordered a bariatric ****** tray from Best Medical Supply, Inc. via their on-line website bestmedicalsupplyinc.com (reference order # ****, item # ***** HD). The cost, including tax, was $57.75 and was charged to my credit card. There was no confirmation email sent in return. On or around May 8, 2023 I called Best Medical Supply, Inc. *************) and asked if the order was received and the representative stated it had been. On or around May 15, 2023 I called Best Medical Supply, Inc. and asked when the tray would be delivered. The representative said the tray had been on back-order and it would be shipped to the distribution center on May 17, 2023. On May 17, 2023 I paid my credit card bill, which included the $57.75 for the tray. On or around May 23, 2023 I called Best Medical Supply, Inc. and asked about the status since the tray had not been delivered. The representative said he would check and return my call. On or around May 25, 2023 I called Best Medical Supply, Inc. since I had not been called. The representative said the tray should deliver to my residence in 1 or 2 days. I checked to ensure he had the correct shipping address and the address he said was correct. At this writing (June 3, 2023), I have not received the tray.
