Good **************************** you for submitting your feedback. IAA's standard buyer fees are on par with those charged in the salvage industry. We remain committed to providing a world-class buying experience through choice, flexibility, and convenience. Our buyers have access to the fees before placing any bids on vehicles to determine what charges will be added. The fees can also be listed in our site by following the link :*******************************************************************ce61f9*_gcl_au*MjE5NzUzMDEyLjE3MzAzODMzMTguMTQ1MTM0OTgxNC4xNzMxNjA3NTYyLjE3MzE2MDc1NjI.*_ga*OTM4MDYxNTYuMTcyMjYwMTE5Mg..*_ga_8J4GTR5B9Q*MTczMTYwNzU2MS44My4xLjE3MzE2MDc1NzguMC4wLjE2NDYxNDE2MDc.If you still have concerns on the fees please call us at ************ Thank youReview from Wesley M

Hot garbage company we were forced to use with *********. I will be complaining to statefarm as well to have them pick literally anyone ******** a call 15 minutes before pick up on the wrong day, the day we specifically said would not work. We had scheduled for a different day SPECIFICALLY. We finally got them to show up today instead. And they don't give ANY warning, despite being told we would get at least 15 mins of warning today (even though it was initially agreed we'd have an hour before having to complain to them they got the day wrong). Their tow guy INSISTED on parking in the bicycle lane which is a hazard to both us AND bicyclists rather than going in the alleyway where we had agreed to meet initially. Could have gone to one of the adjacent streets that had much less traffic, but dude insisted on parking like a inconsiderate jerk instead.IAA Response

IAAI sells salvage vehicles as clean titles . They did this to me on 2 different occasions with 2 different vehicles. In conjunction with partner SCA auctions, IAAI is misrepresenting salvage vehicle cars as clean. Coincidentally, the auction sale date is the same as the salvage/total loss date for both vehicles. DMV code enforcement will be notified immediatelyIAA Response

Thank you for your email. As outlined in IAA's auction rules, which are agreed upon when opening an account, buyers acknowledge that vehicles sold with a clear title may have a salvage history. While a buyer may purchase a vehicle with a clear title in one state, they may be required to sell it under a salvage title in another state. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. After reviewing our records, it appears that this vehicle was not purchased directly from IAA. For further inquiries, please contact SCA Auctions instead of IAA directly. Thank You,Review from Logan H

Very poor example of an iaa. This place needs some serious change.First off,I was greeted by a very rude lady, where I was then charged $20 extra for title processing(is this not what buyers fees are for?),and then I am asked for my DOT transporter # (Im a licensed vehicle dealer,I do not have a dot #)So after going around in circles for 10 minutes, she then brings the manager in on it.50 minutes later,we get everything sorted out inside,so I then go outside to load my vehicle up.While I am strapping this car down,I turn around to the new security guard standing behind **** ask him what he was doing, and he then goes on to provoke a verbal fight with me.He then ask me where I am from, and then proceeds to tell me that he is from the *****,and that he doesnt do things my way.He also told me that he was homies with pistol **** trying to scare me.(I have all of this recorded, and this has been sent to the manager of this branch.) So after I finally get him away from me,he then tells me to use my gun if Im going to pull it on him.(I didnt even have a gun on me).So I finally got everything strapped in and ready to go,when he is standing in the parking lot at the front door flipping me off and calling me racial slurs.IAA Response

Good Morning, Thank you for submitting your comment about the Run and Drive policy. Please be advised all vehicles are sold as is as well and the buyer has the right to inspect the vehicle before the auction before placing a bid. The Run and Drive term we have in our policy is the following: 7. ANY STATEMENT THAT A VEHICLE RUNS OR DRIVES (SUCH AS THROUGH AN AUCTION NOTATION ************ MEANS THAT THE ENGINE STARTED (EITHER WITH OR WITHOUT A JUMP), BOTH THE FORWARD AND REVERSE GEARS ENGAGED AND FROM THE STARTING POSITION, THE STEERING WHEEL MADE ONE FULL ROTATION TO THE RIGHT AND ONE FULL ROTATION TO THE LEFT, ALL AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AT IAAS FACILITY OR PLACE OF CHECK-IN. IT IS NOT A REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT IT WILL DO SO ANY TIME THEREAFTER OR THAT THE VEHICLE IS ROADWORTHY.All buyers must read the policy before logging in to our site. You can use the link below to read the policy that you accepted when registering with IAA. **************************************************** Regarding your membership, we will send you an official email to confirm the cancellation, as your account is currently active. Someone stole my credit card information and used it to make around $18000 in purchases with IAA. I called IAA to try and find out the details of the purchases and have them shut down the account, but after over 20-minutes on hold, the IAA representative could give me no resolution, would not provide details on the sale that would assist in investigation, and would not provide details on the account created by the person who criminally used my credit card to make unapproved purchases. Not helpful.IAA Response

Good Morning, ******************, Thank you for submitting your claims. After further review, we see the communication you had with our team. Since you are not a buyer, we are not able to provide the information, but we advised you that all charges must be disputed through your credit card company.Your credit card company will then proceed to contact IAA. We have to followed this protocol for the safety of our buyer's information. If you have any other general questions, please feel free to call ************. Sincerely,Customer Response

Come on guys. "Since you are not a buyer"? My credit card was used to make a purchase from your firm under my name to make whatever purchases were made...for all intents and purposes, I AM the buyer. I just wish you were as cautious with accepting payments as you are about protecting "the safety of our buyer's information". Charges were disputed through my financial institution. Police will be in contact with you (investigation has been opened). As you drag your feet, the investigation gets harder to resolve, which only works to your financial benefit. Your conduct may not be unlawful, but it is unethical.Review from Brittany R

BEWARE OF THIS LOT THEY ARE THIEVES!! Someone decided to stead multiple items along with a very sentimental item from my car which was a ******* charm bracelet with my grandmother's ashes in it. I called multiple times talking to 2 or 3 different employees who were very careless. I was finally able to get ahold of the manager ******* who was very careless about my grandmother's missing ashes and bracelet. I was told because I was upset and because i didnt see that it was missing before i left the lot, I couldn't be helped. Please check all you items throughly because they will steal anything out of your vehicle.IAA Response

Good Morning **************, Thank you for reaching out to us and submitting your claim. I did review the stocks under the stock and saw what was found inside the vehicle. We have sent you an email with the list of items found when your vehicle was check-in. Nothing else was located at that time. Unfortunately, you will need to communicate this with Title *** as the vehicle was collected as a Repossession, and only those few items were listed. If you still have questions, Title Max can call at ************ at ************** and copies of paperwork can be given to them.Review from Kim E

I was hit by a driver who ran a stop light and has State Farm insurance. ********** took responsibility for the claim, had my car towed to IAAI. When I went to get my belonging, there was one box with a few items and everything else was missing. I reported to IAAI and the State Farm employee I have been working with. IAAI has stated that when the car came in it was completely empty and provided pictures with it cleaned out that were dated the date that the vehicle came in to them. I know this was not true because 3 days after it was brought to IAAI, I went to IAAI to get my belongings out of the car. When I got there they had an employee go with me and watch what I removed from the car. When I opened the front door, there was a box with a few of my items in it and my licenses plate. I removed those and asked about the rest of my belongings. (The IAAI employee and I would be on their video) The employee didnt know, but since we were unable to get into the back space due to not being able to open the trunk, we thought the items were back there. The next week when I called back to get a time to come when the back hatch could be opened, I was told that there were no more items and there was nothing they could do as the car came in empty using their photos as proof. If the car came in totally stripped like IAAI claimed with their pictures, then why 3 days later was there a box with some of my belongings? Where was that in their pictures? Their staff has been less than helpful.IAA Response

Good Afternoon ************************, Thank you for submitting your claim to *************** After further review, we have concluded that a third party towed the vehicle to IAA. The vehicle was received with only the information that the branch logged. You will need to contact your insurance company to submit a further claim against the third party who took your vehicle. All claims would have to be submitted through them (Insurance Company).Thank you,Review from Kent M

I am a delivery driver and was involved.hit by an IAA employee (to which they admitted fault as was documented on the police report). It caused a great deal of damage to my business vehicle making it impossible for me to work. THIS WAS ONE MONTH AGO. The local branch manager (******) has been giving me the run around ever since. Each day that passes, my business is bleeding due to my inability to work. I have *** tirelessly attempting to have IAA respond so that they can just have my work truck fixed and I can get back to work. As a small business owner this is VITAL for the survival of my business. It is reprehensible to see that IAA is to taking action to rectify this issue and instead is trying to "wait me out". BEWARE WHEN UNDERTAKING ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY WHO IS UPSTANDING FOR ANY ASPECT OF A SITUATION THAT MAY OCCUR AT ONE OF THEIR FACILITIES. Now legal action and litigation is force due to their refusal to communicate!IAA Response
