12-2-23, I called *******************************. I told him that my Evo Whole House **************Free Softner had been taken from my home! ******** first statement to me was there was no other system in the basement besides the Culligan salt tank (which they were supposed to remove) and an old Culligan Reverse Osmosis system.I asked ******* if he wanted to stick to that story, he repeated there was no other system in the basement besides the Culligan salt tank and an old Culligan reverse Osmosis system. I asked him to pull up the paper work he had given me. A few moments later I heard him mutter under his breath oh s_ _t! He had found the paper work he had given me with 2 pictures that showed my Evo Saltless Water System under the stairs. Then he apologized and said he never noticed the tanks under the stairs. On that same day he left that paperwork with me, I asked him if they would take the old Culligan salt tank and he said yes. He told me he would contact Culligan and someone would contact me as soon as possible. Finally on 12-18-23 ******************* called me and asked if I could send him a picture of my missing Evo system. I sent a copy of the Evo brochure, invoice ($1672.40) & receipt ARS ($795.40) who installed the Evo System on January 28th 2023. The total $2467.40. Finally, ******************* called on 1-2-24 with a ridiculous offer of $600.00 then asked if this would be acceptable to me! In his next breath he asked me why I needed 2 systems, I thought how is this his business? But said calmly the 2 systems worked better together. I am a Senior Citizen, how could I be treated this way and for him to think this was ok? I called him a Thief and he said Im sorry you feel this way but please dont call us a Thief. I asked isnt that the definition of a Thief? Someone who takes something that does not belong to them? He had no answer. He said this was the best he could do and hung up the phone! This is the way you treat a Senior Citizens who had faith in you. Shame on you!

We've had water delivery from Culligan (previously Arrowhead, actually it seems like they've changed hands numerous times) for over 20 years. This fall I noticed that the water was piling up on our porch. I finally remembered to call and ask if there are dates on the bottles or anything that could help tell us how old they are. I was told NO, and there are NO codes or anything. I was also informed that the driver does not rotate the water. I had at least 22 bottles of water on my porch with another delivery scheduled. I believe I spoke with ********************* who did say they can't reuse water that has been delivered and he was the one that said they do not date the bottles or put codes on them to indicate when they were bottled. He said they would pick up the 22 bottles and deliver 7 new ones, never did he say I wouldn't get any credit back for them. My wife noticed we were still being charged for water and no credit was ever issued. She emailed *************************** who said that they don't issue credit, they just took the water!!! She told my wife that I knew that. I would've NEVER in a million years agreed to them over selling me and then stealing from me, it's absurd! That is $175.78 that they literally stole right off my front porch. Prior to them taking the water my wife received an email notifying her of the next delivery date, she replied to it asking them to skip us because we had too much water as it is. *************************** emailed her back saying "I spoke to ***** yesterday, and we are coming tomorrow to pick up the 22 bottles on your porch and leave you 7 fresh bottles", never once saying they would not be crediting back the $175.78 worth of water. My wife emailed them asking them to rectify the situation, but they never responded. I'm asking that they issue me a refund or replace the 22 bottles that were taken. They're a huge company and they can't in good faith refund us for their mistake of over selling us water?

Find a different company for a water softener service. If you have to call for service to their equipment you have to wait about **** days for someone to come out. Twice the tech came out and said nothing is wrong with the equipment, but I have not had to add any additional bags in about 7 months. I have 7 bags that are in the garage and the softener is still full from the techs recent visit. Horrible service after the initial install.

I had a Culligan Water system installed over a decade ago. The Culligan service technician was so unpleasant during a yearly service call that I actually ended up unplugging the unit. However, eventually my water pipes were being affected, so I called and talked to the phone operator at Culligan of ******, **************************************************************** and told her about my bad experience. She promised better. 3/10/22 a technician walked into my house, looked at the unit, declared I needed a new unit, and left. It was less than 60 seconds. He did quote me a price for a replacement unit before leaving. Then on 3/31/22 they billed me $170.75 for simply driving to the house. The fact that the unpleasant technician never touched the unit or even told me why I need a replacement was irrelevant. I asked that a supervisor call me, no one has called. I want these unreasonable charges dropped.
