Everything about this company is unprofessional and a disaster. They quote you one price and time for pick up. They don't show up on time and give you a 24 hour window of when they will arrive which does not include the original time they promised. Then on day of pick up they raised the price by 50% saying the items listed on inventory are larger than expected and that the price did not include the square footage of the boxes needed to pack up the large furniture. They pressure you to sign and not read the contact before they start working. When asked how they came up with a random high price they can't tell you and just keep saying square footage without even packing and measuring this. Also on day of pick up for a 4 bedroom house they sent 2 guys and a little truck. They then say they have to come back another time with a bigger truck. The whole time tell you they will be at desired location in a couple days. But once they get the money the schedule changes and now they say they have until 2 weeks to bring your stuff. A whole week now after original pickup time and they have not left the state yet. No refund offered on this poor experience. Worst moving company I have had by far.

Hello move in process. We spoke to you 5 times when delivery. By the contract we need to complete the move by 11/25 , You will receive delivery way before only in 3 business days. Next time read the paperwork explaining the delivery process and delivery time frame. All charges were valid. Maybe you the worst customer. Take care

Extremely satisfied that we hired 3 movers from them! They came on time and carefully wrapped and moved all our belongings. We even stopped by our storage to empty it out and move everything into our new home. I highly recommend!
