I cant begin to tell you how happy I am with Laser international moving company - especially their incredible Relocations Manager, **** *******. My daughter moved from **** to ****** in July 2024, and I had never in my wildest dream believed it was going to go as smooth, Quick and professional as it did. From the moment they came, packed up and drove away with my daughters belongings. **** called with updates regularly during the whole process until it was safely at my daughters new home in ******. I have to say, compared to anywhere else, **** and Laser International was the most reasonable and professional of them all. Im highly recommending this company and **** to anyone who wonders where to turn. Thank you again, **** for making this move such a great experience.

I recently had the pleasure of being helped by ***** who had responded to a request for a quote for a very small amount of boxes being moved from the ** to *********. He was friendly, courteous, and patient with me as I have a bit of a tough schedule sometimes. He was also willing to discuss via text, which I greatly appreciated. Once we had figured out some numbers for the actual content being moved, instead of trying to push me into a sale, he was very honest and thoughtful and offered a solution that made him no money but saved me a lot! I would feel confident in recommending him to my friends and family knowing that his priority was ensuring that his customers are taken care of, even he isn't the best option to do that.

I hired Laser International for my move from ************* to ******. I had a great experience. My move manager ********************* was the best. He walked me through all the steps in the move, which was long and complicated. He always answered my questions promptly and was the consummate professional. The crew who came to pack me up was wonderful as was the crew in ****** who delivered and unpacked my goods. My Invictus Relocation move coordinator in ******, ******* ********* was a delight to work with. She was on top of all the paperwork and got my container through customs without a hitch. I used Laser International twice, in 2023 and 2024. Both times ***** guided us from the beginning up until the very end. We have nothing but good things to say about this company. In 2023, we shipped a shipment from *****, ******* to *******, ********. And in 2024, we shipped the exact same shipment back from *******, ******** to *****, *******. As turned out, we truly belong in ***** and not in ****** anymore. Not even for 6 months out of the year. For vacation? Yes. But thats it. Therefore, it was decided; we were moving everything back home to *****, *******. Both times ***** assisted us, he was and is exceptional, always trying to do his best for everything to go as fast and smoothly as possible. He was always available, and if he wasnt, then he would get back to us ASAP. I always felt that we were in good hands. And when you ship your personal belongings across the world, thats a very important feeling to have for the time in between pickup and delivery (at least it was for me) The pickup and delivery company Laser International uses was also exceptional! Everything went smoothly and fast, yet with the upmost care for our belongings. Nothing was damaged, not at arrival in *******, ******** and not at arrival here in ***** last week. Everything really went great. And I am not easy to please! But the way they handled both shipment, I would 1005 recommend them to everyone! Truly a highly professional and knowledgeable company that is honest and will always give you transparency during the entire process. There are lots of companies that promise the same, but then once youve paid, they leave you hanging. That is ABSOLUTELY not the case for Laser International. If you are searching for a company to ship your belongings, do yourself and your peace of mind a favor, and hire Laser International for the job. You will not be disappointed and neither will your belongings be!

We had a long and very successful journey with Laser International. We started discussions with ***** from Laser in February '22 and each step of the way we found him to be knowledgeable, easy going and very patient with all our questions! We planned out the move from *****, ** to *****, ******** in great detail - video surveys, lists of items, etc. Over the course of our planning, things changed - we sold, donated or gave some of the larger items to family, and kept changing the arrival date. ***** flexed along with us - providing adjusted quotes and coming up with options to save us $$. We ended up routing the items via ******* in a shared container vs the full container we originally planned for. When we arrived in *****, and saw how small our rental apartment was, we realized we couldn't have the items delivered there, so we frantically made arrangements to store the goods in ******* until we bought a home. Well, we just had the items delivered and so far everything looks good. The teams in ***** and in ***** handled the packing and unpacking perfectly. They were very respectful of the property and managed even the bigger pieces with ease (and some creativity :). We highly recommend Laser International if you are considering an overseas move. Well done!

You can't go wrong with Laser International, and I especially recommend their Relocation Manager ********************* - a friendly, consummate, detail-focused professional with excellent communication skills.This was my first trans-Atlantic move to Europe and it went more smoothly than all my previous domestic moves back in the US. **** managed every detail promptly, smoothly and with flexibility. I changed my tentative move date once and also changed the amount of personal belongings I decided to move to Europe at least three times. **** handled it all with aplomb, providing quick adjustments and solutions. His European partner, ******** Moving's rep ******************** was equally professional and accommodating. Everything arrived in tact and reached ******** when they said it would. They also arranged very affordable storage for a couple of months, while I awaited finalization of my ******** And once I was approved and ready to board a plane, they had my crates arrive within a week! This was by far the easiest part of my move to ********. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would recommend Laser and **** without hesitation. Thanks ****!

I recently moved from ******** to ********, ***** and I cannot say enough good things about Laser International. Their relocation manager, ***************************, is a true gentleman and an absolute pleasure to work with. He handled our entire move from the first phone call to the final delivery of our household goods in *****. Not ever having to do something like this before, I totally relied on ***** to guide me through all the details that we would have to take care of and he did not let me down at all. He was always available to answer any of my questions. I sensed from the first time I talked with him that he was the right person to help us make this move. ***** understands all the difficulties and anxieties an international move creates and he does his best to put you at ease. I had read horror stories in the reviews of different moving companies about endless wait times, agents who suddenly went silent, extra charges, and lost or broken items. My experience with Laser International was exactly the opposite. My furniture arrived exactly as predicted and that to the day! My agent *************************** shepherded my move from beginning to end. He always responded to questions on the same day. There were no extra costs, and nothing (not even my very fragile stemware) was broken or lost. Also a shoutout for Laser's ****************** ********) who were also impeccable. All of this at a very fair price and no unexpected extra charges. I give Laser International my highest recommendation.
