Excellent service. Quick response from insurance company and scheduled windshield chip repair the same day. Professional and friendly representative from insurance company. 30 minutes at ******** and they were done. It was a great experience. Thank you.

A few months after I purchased my car it started getting a blue spot on the seats I thought it was from pants. I was never informed by exp it could be something different. I have since learned by ******* dealership it is the color coming off of the seats. Exp has repaired the spot several times and each time it has come back worse. I asked them to replace the seat since they actually ruined it worse than it was and it should have been a car warranty issue but they never told me I should call *******. Now they are saying they do not cover the damage. The person who has worked on my car was very nice and helpful.Review from RL T

Ms. ********* came to the residence to repair torn leather seat. Workmanship is beyond belief. You cannot tell the difference between original and repair. All done in the drive way in less then 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this server for any repairs!ECP Incorporated Response
