This company has sold a car to my wife with a blow transmission, they promptly replace the vehicle with another. This vehicle has a blown head gasket. All within 2 months of getting said vehicle. Wife brought this vehicle to me with coolant mysteriously disappearing at a slow rate. I replaced thermostat and radiator cap hoping that the thermostat was simply not opening and the system way over pressurizing and blowing all the coolant out of the overflow. This however was not the case. First hot day she drove it it finally completely blew sending pressure into the coolant system and could smell coolant out the tail pipe. Red hot motors picks the vehicle up, (wife states company blames us for the engine blowing up) the car in question had a cross threaded bold in thermostat housing where someone had replaced it prior due to it over heating. The radiator cap had copper specks clogging it ( this is commonly found in products that claim they can fix your head gasket by pouring there product into your coolant system) prior to the engine blowing the vehicle refused to start on her at work 2 weeks before thermostat and radiator cap where replaced. White smoke bellowed out the tail pipe when I finally got it to start. The companies response to weather it was a good vehicle before selling it was it made it to ******** from ************ just fine and Im sure it did as it would take 4-5 days for the coolant system to suddenly be low enough for the vehicle to indicate it was starting to get to hot. Total amount paid to said company 1600$.. within the 2 months the vehicle needed a 200$ battery (it had a vary cheep battery that could barely hold a charge to crank the vehicle) 60$ in coolant ( as it was all simply disappearing) 50$ for thermostat and radiator cap. I can pull up my commercial account with my parts supplier if need be. The company refused to replace said vehicle and doesnt know if or when they can fix it and still requires her to pay.Business response

She came to us a week or so after buying the vehicle and said it was over heating. We told her to take it to Jossy's repair shop and we would pay half with the cost of the repairs and put her half on her account and she would be able to pay payments on it. She never took it to said repair shop, so we thought she was cover the cost of repairs on her own. Then she called a month later and said it will not run and that her dad put a new thermostat and radiator cap in. So we sent a tow truck to pick it up and see what was wrong with it. We got it back to our garage and there was a pair of vise grips holding the thermostat on because the bolt was missing (attached picture).
She got the motor to hot. So a new motor needs to be put it. We tried to find a new motor for her but we haven't had any luck. We sold her the vehicle AS-IS (attached picture). We don't have to help with repairs but we was trying. While all this is going on she never came in and made her scheduled payments.
