The son working under his fathers company's name replaced the roof and gutters for my rental property . The whole payment was done . The gutters keep leaking and i have to pay someone to come and fix it . I needed an invoice to submit to my home insurance company to get a discount on my insurance . I spoke to them multiple times about the format the insurance wanted the letter . They needed kind of shingles , color and work was completed on company letter head . After multiple emails and phone calls still no response . The son who performed the work will not pick the phone ever .Initial Complaint

We hired Graddy Builder in April 2022, wrote a check for the down payment, and it took months and months just to start. We had asked for the money back in Aug 2022 and ******************************* refused and said all our materials where bought. Finally we keep pushing for work to start. We have pushed deadline time after time. He and his wife are always asking for more and more claiming it is for payroll. However no ne ever shows up to work. He doesn't pay his few employees that work a few hours a day, and all his sub contractors he does not pay. Even after we have wrote checks to take care of the different phases of our project. His subs have even reached out to us and let us know he asked them to manipulate numbers and say "unexpected things" have come up to get more money. He was constantly telling us "it's not in the budget," however I did not believe this to be true, things such as carpet padding for rooms that they where installing carpet, should have been included in the price. He hardly ever was on site working, he didn't even show up for inspection day. We had another contractor come in to inspect his work and found a lot of issues. I sent a cease and deists on Nov 24th (deadline day) with a 48 hour demand for materials. His "wife" **** Graddy sent us a text saying everything was released to us from Menards and we could go pick up. So we went and it wasn't all our materials. It seemed like he tried to piece materials together. We are still missing a TON of materials. I have voice recording and texts with them "claiming" they bought everything. **** is claiming ******* is giving him the run around and has to get his attorney involved. I have asked for his attorney information and he will not give it to us. He has now blocked us because we keep pressing for the materials we paid for. He has done this to 4 other family that I know of just this year. All willing to speak to whoever about this, including the news stations we have contacted. Any help would be appreciated.
