The company has got unskilled employees and very old equipment that does not work. They have stock that is not made for the specific job that is being done to your vehicle and they piece things together that are not supposed to be put together the way they did things. They made no recommendations on what to buy. They only did half the job they were asked to do. The actual pipe that were welded on by them have cracked do to miss sizing and poor welds. Also there were way to many misc. pieces of pipe used. There pipe ****** was not working at the time I arrived at the shop. They were supposed to replace some flex pieces of which they could not get to due to the other stuff taking so long because of the extra welding do to the machine being broken.I attempted to go to the national office with this as I have had this problem looked at by another shop and they told me how much it was going to be to fix it with the cost of the mufflers. The cost that was charged at the shop to begin with was $300.00 for some kindergarten work that has fallen apart on the first road trip that I took up to Northern Indiana. Its amazing that the main office did not even want to help me without a written copy of the repair order from the other shop, even after I told her the other shop did not want to get involved and I would send pics of the car underside.If anyone can help please it would be greatly welcomed as I spent my savings on the exhaust and now I am trying to save to fix this mess as well. ****
