***************************** PSG LTMD, LLP d/b/a ********** ********************************************************************************************************** ***************** took my money without my permission MULTIPLE times. They agreed to return a portion of it as a settlement of $3000, but did not follow up or return my money. They agreed to the settlement in January.They charged my card for someone else's project. They charged my card for an emergency resulting from their error during a new panel installation. They charged my card for partially installed equipment which a residential electrical inspector said would not pass code. They over-charged my card for an incomplete project and missed several appointments. They insulted me, claiming I was the one not communicating, and then called me a "problem child" when I decided to terminate our relationship.They repeatedly acted unprofessionally and continue to behave like scammers. I demand my $3000 be delivered to me, by check, within 14 calendar days. No other resolution is satisfactory.Business response

In consideration of facts, on or about August 18, 2022, ****************** entered into a binding Mutual Agreement to Settle (attached) with PSG LMTD, LLP (parent company for Performance Custom Lighting, LLC). As per
this agreement, a monetary settlement and a non-admission / no-fault acknowledgement was agreed upon by both parties as indicated in the attached document.******************, under expressed agreement of the settlement has agreed to redact this complaint and / or expressly acknowledge that PSG LMTD, LLP has settled the complaint to his satisfaction.
