I signed up for coverage January 13 and call on January 19 and canceled. I received ******** and did not need the coverage also when I signed up I was told my doctors were on the policy and are not. On the ************************************************************************** I called to ask why and to tell them I had canceled. The gentleman on the phone ask why and I told him I had ******** and my doctors where not on the policy. I called the next day they charged my credit card and said I canceled and hung up. So they didnt cancel the policy. I was dis connected twice when calling.
