      I am a self-inject ************ patient and had my 3 months labs done a week and a half ago. I placed my order and have a confirmation for my order since Monday 9/16/2024 and it is now Saturday 9/21/24 and the order has not been shipped. You will see the attached receipt showing payment and order confirmation. Village *************** has never shipped my supply. I called ************ and asked why my supply did not arrive by the end of day on Friday 9/20/24. It was after 5 pm est and no one at the pharmacy was able to speak with me until Monday. I I'm going to miss a shot, and I'm leaving on a business trip so I called the Greenwood Low T Center location to see about getting a courtesy injection which I have had to do numerous times in the past due to not receiving an order after it's been paid for for close to two weeks. I was made aware today that I can come in and get an injection but I had to pay $70. That is well over half of my monthly cost for four injections, not to mention at 45 minute drive from my house one way to go receive the injection. The lady told me that there was no more courtesy injections. I don't think this would be considered a courtesy injection when it is your guys mistake as to why I have none of my supplies. Whether it is the Low T center filling it or the supplier they use not living up to their end it falls back on the Low T Center as a whole. I now get to go one week without an injection and I may not even have my supply until well after that based on previous experiences I've had. When you pay for a service, and the service is not provided, one would think the Low T Center would give me an injection without having to pay $70. Please have someone call me to rectify this situation.

      It started with them changing a program I was on taking testosterone every 4 days at home. They then without notification changed to a 7 day program at a different price and sprung that on me my next office visit after they stopped sending my testosterone. I was billed an extra 155 that they said they would turn a ticket in for my refund. I have not yet seen this refund. The new program I got my first batch ok now it has been on order since 1-8-24. it es to be shipped the 11th then noting stiil has it now for the 20th but they cannot confirm that is true. the took the money the 8th with nothing in responce. i spent 4 phone calls today with still no satisfaction. they habe yhe worst customer service skills and i know i am not the only customer with this problem. this has to be the largest fly by night **** poor company i have ever seen run. no communication from them other than i am sorry there is nothing they can do. last amount theu took on the 8th from me was ****** with still no service.

      I have been a patient at this center for over a year now. I am being told that due to a merger, they have gone back through their records and have been treating me without having a baseline for my treatment. I am now being told that I will have to resubmit all of my bloodwork and registration like I am a new patient. To make things worse, they have not recorded my blood work from last month, stopped shipment on my medication without letting me know, and now I am without my prescription that I have already paid the fee for. On multiple occasions they have also violated my privacy by discussing my medical information with my significant other. The office staff readily offered my test results and dosage information with individuals that were not me or even family.
