This dealership has been nothing but a major headache for me. Ive made at minimum 5 trips to the service department since buying the vehicle at the end of July. I live 45 minutes away so the only reason for bringing it here was because I purchased the $2,000 service agreement. Last week I brought it in because it was leaking coolant, after waiting over an hour they quoted me for 2 radiator hoses. I end up leaving and taking it straight to the car shop I normally I go to for repairs and thats when I found out that the heater core hoses were also extremely swollen and needed replaced as well. I dont understand why they didnt mention those because I most likely would have had to come right back, my only guess is that they are careless because its not their time or money being spent. Either way its kind of frustrating that almost none of the repairs Ive needed were covered under the service agreement. Ive spent over $1500 just in repairs and Ive only had the car for 4 months. At first I thought I just had bad luck but at this point Im not convinced that they werent aware of all of these issues before selling me the car. That is just my opinion. Based on my own experiences and after reading a lot of the 1-star reviews, the place seems a little shady.Review from Sarah M

They've had my car for over a month now... I had it for not even 24 hours and n broke down on me... n since they couldn't fix it they took it to 2 different *************** they are saying that only one person that is certified is out... n no clue as to when I'd even get my car back... I am beyond frustrated to say the least... they gave me a loaner car n than told me I wasn't allowed to take our already planned and paid for vacation... (because it was out of state...) I wouldn't have gone here if I had known they don't check it before they sell it... which is horrible; because the sales team and everyone else was so friendly n deserve better...Review from Tomisha B

Purchased a car on 2/14/2024 drove the car for 3 weeks, and the check engine light came on. took the car back to the dealer ship and found out it needed a few things done. they had the car for 3 months (the mechanic had baby momma issues is what I was told). Finally getting the car back end of May begging of June. Drove the car for a week and the car cut off on me, the engine sounds like it's about to fall out. They received $3000 from the warranty company. I don't know why because the car is in worst shape then when it went in. I have reached back out to them to handle this because as of now I can't drive the car. I keep getting the run around, keep being sent to voicemail. And I am paying for a car that I can't drive. ****** is an understatement. I need my car fixed or they can give the loan company back their money and take this piece of c*** car. Where to start, bought a low mileage 2010 ***** element for just under ****** which is about ***** over blue book value but low mileage meant a lot to me. Car was delivered late due to one issue after the next. Now hold on here is where it gets good. *Oil not changed, *three different kinds of tires (dry rotted). *serpentine belt frayed and split, *lower ball joints bad, *intermediate shaft is leaking, as well as *both front axles have no grease in them. Vehicle cannot be driven with cruise because it shakes so bad. To accelerate you have to drive very slow or it shakes and shimmies. Car is now parked as I now have $20,000 and still dont have everything fixed and dont feel safe driving it. Sent paperwork and pictures dealer says they will help out but usually just get one communication from them per day to my two or three times asking per day for help. The man said that if they would have fixed all of that then I couldnt have afforded the vehicle lol. So they say they do something like an 11 point check - guess they just check and dont fix anything. They say they cant figure out what they want to do and keep dragging it out. I am sick to my stomach over this mess. I will spread the word loud and far about this dealer so that maybe I can save someone else from this nightmare. Oh ya and the pictures they take lol lighting this car looks nothing like the photos. Nicks, scratches, clear coat gone in areas, nasty dirty seats, plastic all tore up. This company is an all new level of low. Please stay away dont deal with these people. Thursday May 15th was the first email and today is May 23rd and so far all I have are dead words, no action. I needed a good vehicle to take my husband for his cancer treatments and now, well it was all for nothing and Im making payments on a yard ornament.Review from Chona T

I had an horrible experience with this company.They gave me a bootleg key, every time I opened the door the alarm would go off and if I didnt hold the key right the car wouldnt start.I have messages from the manager ** saying he was going to take care of it Monday, and as you see, today is Wednesday and Im still waiting.Review from Jerry S

This place is all about making a sell and that is. I highly recommend you don't buy from them. Took one car on test drive and shifted hard. Was told the warranty would cover it. Then test drove another car. Keep in mind they keep in the city so really can't test drive it good. So I purchased the second car I test drove. Drove it home on the interstate and rode like a log wagon. Took it to my mechanic he found it had a small oil leak from a gasket. Three bent rims and two bad tires. I called and talked to ** the manager and was willing to look into for me. Since that phone call we have not spoken on the phone just through text. I call I get voicemail. He said since we bought it as is nothing he could do but is willing to talk about options, through text keep in mind. He also stated we had an option to get a third party inspection done on it but that was not told to us through the whole day we spent there. Words from his mouth during a phone was they only do a safety inspection and look for lights on that are on the dash. There was also some cosmic damage that I wanted fixed before purchasing but there answer to that was giving an $1,000 more on trade bc they didn't want to deal with it. Also while in the dealership two customers brought there cars in for warranty repairs both looked unsatisfied about the outcome of it. One of them said they want to cancel the warranty because all the work that needs to be done is not covered.I will not be buying from them again ever! If I could give no stars I would. If I had money to legally go after them I would. Purchased a 2019 with 52k miles on 12/13 car has had issues starting since purchasing has already been in the shop once and headed back again tomorrow. Their service **** did the first warranty claim yet the issues still persist ****** hard start with gas smell and leak everytime after sitting overnight. Auto start doesn't work. They claimed it was a fuel pump. Since they replaced said fuel pump car now has a plastic clicking noise and you can't be in the vehicle longer than 20 minutes without getting lightheaded. Crusie control doesn't work, EPC light has been on every single time you start the car after sitting overnight in a closed garage. Check engine light is now on too and an awful smell inside the vehicle. It's a shame there is no lemon law on used vehicles in ******* or they would surely be shut down.Review from Todd B R

They sold me two vehicles both bad and already knew they were bad and lied and told me the 2nd one had a bad transmission and they rebuilt it before I purchased it and the service *************** told me it had a bad transmission before I purchased it and said another dealership told IWD it needed a transmission and rear upper control arms and they did not want to pay to get it fixed and to turned back the codes on the transmission so it wouldnt show up on the dash board on the infinit QX80 .Review from VICKIE U

THEY SOLD ME A *** THAT I HAD TROUBLE WITH ON THE *** I BOUGHT 10/16/2023 AND HAVE SINCE HAD THE *** CHECKED OVER BY TWO DIFFERENT SERVICE PLACES AND THEY BOTH FOUND MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THE *** AND SAID IT IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. THE TRANSMISSION IS GOING OUT AND ITS LEAKING ANTI-FREEZE AND THERE IS PARTS THAT IF THEY GO OUT THE REST OF THE WAY THE ***** CAN LOCK UP. I TRIED TO REACH THEM BY PHONE AND EMAIL AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING. I HAVE CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THERE AND THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NOT REPORT ON THAT ***, WHEN I ASKED FOR THE INSPECTION REPORT THAT THE SALESMEN TOLD ME THEY DID ONE. I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MAN THAT CHECKED IT THE TRANSMISSION FLUID IS A LITTLE BURNT, OTHER PLACE SAID COOLANT ELBOWS LEAKING, UPPER RT ENGINE MOUNT BAD, AND WHEN I TOLD A PERSON WHO SAID SHE IS A MANAGEMENT PERSON THERE THAT I WAS TOLD IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE IT, SHE MADE A COMMENT THAT IT CAN'T NOT NOT BE SAFE TO DRIVE. I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES AND SENT EMAILS TO THE ** AND NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. I'M VERY FRUSTRATED THIS HAPPENED THEY WERE NOT HONEST AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SINCE THEY CAN'T RETURN A CALL OR CONTACT ME BY EMAIL. I HAD TO RENT A *** TO GET TO WORK. AND THE *** I BOUGHT FROM THEM IS JUST SITTING NOW IN MY DRIVEWAY. WHEN A SERVICE MAN TELLS ME IT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, I AM NOT GOING TO DRIVE IT. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING IN MY MSG AND EMAIL AND AGAIN NO RESPONSE. I JUST FEEL I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN AND NEEDED A *** TO GET TO WORK. I DID NOT WANT TO PUT A STAR RATING BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME GO ANY FURTHER UNTIL I DID.Review from Jamie F

I purchased a car there in October 2020, June 2021, had to put **** bucks into the rear-end. I asked before I purchased the car if we could get it on a rack and look under it for problems if any.. nope.. No dice.. purchased it anyway.. june 2021.. total rust threw the subframe.. they told me.. no way was it like that when we got the car. 2023.. whole new front end. ****. They still tell me that they checked it out and was not rusted. Now come on. A car doesn't rust threw in 7 months to where it is falling apart. Live and learn.
