The entire experience from estimate to installation was excellent. The installation team was on time and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well even when they ran into a few unexpected challenges. The team was thoroughly professional and polite. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Illiana Heating and Air Conditioning when **** services are needed.

***** was punctual, friendly, informative and efficient. I had an AC tune up service done and would definitely recommend them to a friend. Kevin P. did a fantastic job on explaining and identifying the problem with our thermostat. He also proceeded to fix the problem within a short period of time. Illiana has always been timely when I needed them. Ive been a customer for over 5 years now and they never let me down. Technicians are always thorough and willing to talk through any issue with you, and the office has always been friendly and more than helpful with scheduling or any other questions and concerns you may have. We lost heat one evening during a severe cold snap and Illiana was very responsive to our need. We have a gold plan and hoped this would really mean wed get the fast help we needed. We certainly did! Within minutes of calling the after hours service line, a tech named ********** called and said he was finishing up a job and would be at our home in 20 minutes. Once here, **** quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the needed part. We are amazed at the excellent service and fair price. Thank you so much, Illiana!Illiana Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
