My name is *********************** and I have requested contact information for Circle *********** and sales numerous times with no response via the online portals or other forms of contact. Circle K provided a false advertising claim of an introductory offer for signing up for the Easy Pay Card that was not honored. This is obviously a serious claim and I have been attempting for months to get in contact with an appropriate person to settle this dispute before having to file this claim in district court due to not only the damages of the claim initially but also the false advertising claim. Please respond at ************************ promptly to solve this concern and to prevent any further escalation due to numerous inquiries being ignored previously.Business response

Our customer service team reached out to the customer regarding the issue and directed them to contact our payment processor for Easy Pay Zipline. ******* will be able to resolve the issue for the customer ensuring that they are credited if there was in fact an issue with how the Easy Pay transactions were processing. Our introductory claim is processed on the back end, taking off the discount from what the customer is actually charged, so they will only see the additional 20 cents off per gallon the final amount debited from their account. This can cause confusion sometimes for customers however it is detailed in the information regarding the Easy Pay program that customers receive when they sign up for an account.

today i went into the gas station and bought pop this lady was being very rude throwed her hand out in a rude manor when i called station asked for managers number she told me shes not gonna give that out then i called corporate and there was a machine directing me away from costomer service i called and talked to operator i asked to speak to supervisor she told me she cant let me talk to supervisor i said i need to talk to customer service the lady was very rude saying awwww in a rude manner i hung upInitial Complaint

Last summer in the late evening, I drove to my local Circle K gas station to fill my gas tank. I rarely come to this gas station as I prefer ********** but since they were closed I got it here. It was dark outside and the parking lot was not well lit when entering from the left side. When turning towards the pump, I suddenly went about one whole foot down with one tire into an abnormally large hole in the pavement. It immediately punctured my tire causing a flat tire with a huge gash. Luckily I was only a mile away from home and could slowly drive back, as I couldnt change the tire myself and it was late. A police officer pulled me over due to my 5mph speed in a 45mph zone. I ended up getting my car into a repair shop the next couple days to replace not one but both tires due to uneven tread I would now have if only replacing one. This cost a total of $900! I contacted the store manager and then contacted the corporate office I would say ********************* the past year. Leaving message after message and nobody willing to call and settle this matter. This company is unprofessional and Ive permanently boycotted it because of this situation. They need to make matters right, when the situation could have been prevented if they fill the hole but refuse to. I also heard of several other people having the same problem as me and getting no resolution either.Business response

06/27/2023 I went to the **************************************************** Location. Everytime I go here the women working here is very rude. As I'm walking in and get in the line I notice ***** sitting at the register eating her food. She did not greet me or acknowledge me at all. I was next up to be serviced **** started to walk down to me to the self check out that's when ***** said what you need. I said nothing you can continue eating she will help me. ***** replied your not getting anything now get out. I stated I'm not getting out of anywhere your mad at me because you have a job to do find another job if you don't like this one. Instead of **** servicing me she said hold on I have to go get the manager to see if I can service you. I said what do you mean she was rude from the time I walked in here if you are a honest employee you will tell the truth you know she was ***************** replied I cant say anything but its all recorded. **** comes back to the front with ****** who is supposed to be the manager. ****** approached me saying I don't like the way your talking to my employees what do you need. I replied and I don't like the way your talking to me. For you to be the manager your very rude and unprofessional and told her I needed tobacco products. At this time I was taking my card out of the reader from paying for my purchase. Alehia leaned over the counter and tried to ****** my purchase out of my hand and stated get your dirty *** out of here broke *** *****. I said what is the number to corporate you will be reported she said get out of my store broke *** *****. At that time I proceeded to leave but as I got into my car and was backing away ****** runs outside to my car saying it again yea broke *** ***** get the **** out of here with your raggedy *** ***. I replied your the broke one working at the gas station she replied i make $80,000 a year *****. April, ****, Lenia, Alehia are all racist drug users that need to be fired. This matter was thoroughly investigated by market manager *************************** using video and audio footage captured at the time of the incident. We were able to see that there were words exchanged between store staff and ****************. Store staff should not have engaged in any kind of verbal exchange with **************** and coaching has taken place with these team members. Attempts have been made to reach **************** to apologize for the poor service he received but our calls immediately go to voicemail and then we are told that the mailbox is full. We believe this has been rectified at store level and this will not repeat itself.Business response

"Your transaction using your Circle K - Midwest Easy Pay, account (********), has been placed on hold. Your transaction in the amount of $32.64 made on Jul 30 2022 located at ********************** in *******, was returned unpaid by your bank." I quoted the email Circle K sent me before they sent my debt off to CHECKredi collectors. My bank was undergoing a change of my checking account when the transaction failed, I'm sorry I was unaware and I used my easy pay card without being fully informed that this would happen. I paid my $32.64 on today august 13th 2022. I will not pay the extortion fee of $50. Please be direct with your customers instead of resulting to professional harassment and potentially ruining someone's credit. I would've been more than happy to pay this back to Circle-K.Business response
