1/15/24 I visited this restaurant around 11:40am and placed my order via drive thru.I ordered 2 wake up pancake wraps, egg bites, and 3 hash browns. I was so upset about MY food which I received half of what appeared to be HALF of a microwaved egg in a HARD, half burnt tortilla. I was so disappointed I didn't eat ANY of it. The restaurant did NOT give me a receipt, but I spent $15.13 on my food. At window 1, I got my card back with NO receipt. Then I was asked to pull up to a back door for my food. We dispersed food items and the bag only contained food, napkins, and ketchup - NO RECEIPT! I took my food back for a refund because after that, I didn't want ANYTHING else. The lady was RUDE and so was her manager ****. They were not accommodating at all! I asked for a store credit since they wouldn't refund it and they still said no. They offered me an *********** in place of their breakfast, but I really dislike their watered-down coffee so I declined. They were NOT WILLING to make a customer happy so I left, BUT it isn't fair to NOT get what I ordered AND not get anything else to accommodate me spending my money in their establishment. I would like either a refund or store gift card for a future purchase. NOT even a credit since I don't want to patronize THAT establishment anytime soon because they were extremely RUDE.
