I took my truck to Morris auto center. They did an inspection in truck and found one ball joint that was bad. I took it to two other places and they found the same thing. I decided to go to Morris because they were less expensive. When I drop my truck off to get the ball joint fixed they took the truck and replaced the wrong ball joint and control arm the service alone cost me $400 they replaced it control arm and ball joint but did not need to be replaced leaving the one they found on the inspection untouched my truck is pretty much on drivable at this point I am a combat disabled veteran 100% through the VA and a very limited income I wanted to make it right with them and me and offered to pay for the parts at full cost as long as they did not charge me for the labor to do the side they were supposed to do originally they have refused and Ive been acting extremely unprofessional
