I PURCHASED A DUVET JANUARY 30, 2022 FOR MY GRANDSON. THE COST WAS $75.94 I RECEIVED AN EMAIL IT WAS ON THE WAY FEBRUARY 14, 2022. WE WERE REMODELING MY GRANDSON'S BEDROOM SO I DID NOT USE IT UNTIL MARCH 23, 2022. I TOOK PICTURES THE *** WE FINISHED THE BEDROOM. THE COMFORTER WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND HE LOVED IT. THE ZIPPER WAS BROKEN BY MARCH 30, 2022. I USED IT ONCE TO PUT THE COMFORTER IN. I WROTE THE COMPANY, THE WANTED PICTURES, I SENT PICTURES. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE A 7 *** REFUND/RETURN. I DID NOT WANT A REFUND, I WANTED A ZIPPER THAT WORKED. NOW I HAVE A DUVET WITH NO WORKING ZIPPER. CAN YOU HELP? I KIND OF DOUBT IT SINCE THEY HAVE A D. On Jan 19, 2022 I purchased some bedsheets from winterprinting. (I added a screenshot of the confirmation email with the items I purchased and the total cost.)Below is attached email of a conversation we had starting on Jan 24, where they said they couldn't deliver my items till Feb 9. Which I agreed to waiting till then after they promised no more delays and a partial refund.However, they still didn't give me my items and when I went through my bank to reclaim my money, my bank said that winterprinting said they delivered my items. Which I didn't receive at all. Nor did I get an email from anything between Jan 19 to Feb 9 that said my items were on the way or an email with a tracking link.It wasn't TILL AFTER my bank tried and failed to get my money back did winterprinting email saying they gave me my items and provided a tracking link.However, I responded to them back saying I never recieved anything. And now they aren't even keeping communication with me anymore.This is the first and last time I will use them. I just want my full refund back.Because they didn't even give me the partial refund back as promised either. They only gave me 6$ back!!! And have proceeded to reclaim that AS WELL!!!So I just want them to give me back the 185.89$ amount I paid for items they never gave me. If there is anything you can do to help me retrieve my money back that will be much appreciated.
