      I had a walk in tub put in. I went to Home Depot and I was referred to this business from them. Home Envy sent two guys out to my house and they wrote out the contract and I informed them of what I wanted. They made measurements of the bathroom and I paid them before they left. I did not hear anything from them and then finally they had to place a special order in for the sink, it was a year before the sink and tub were put in. I called several times and they stated that they were too busy to take a call. Then I would call a few days later to see if I could some results. What I wanted was from Home Depot and he put in a large sink. I was not paying that much attention, and he was suppose to fix the wall from where the old sink was, and the base board needed to be fixed. There were bugs galore from the crawl space that he was suppose to fix, it was suppose to be done in a day but it took three days, he put the curtain rod way too high, he put the water spout way too high. I was unable to reach. So, he put extension on and every time you use it there is water everywhere. This guy they sent knew nothing about putting in a bathroom. I want the shower fixed, it is pointing out instead of pointing inside of the shower, and I want the sink taken out and I want it replaced with a sink that has legs, the floors need to fixed, I want the handles replaced,

      Customer purchased a walk-in shower, not a walk-in tub. This project has been completed for two years. We have installed exactly what was purchased and what the customer’s contract reflects. Customer purchased a vanity and vanity top, not a sink with legs. We have an extensive call log in our system regarding this customer. We have returned several times to the customer’s home to modify shower head due to height restrictions and to address several other concerns she has contacted us with. Customer was advised during the purchase that EZ Step shower pans work best with doors. After being called out to address water containment problems, we again advised her that she needs doors on her walk-in shower. She has opted not to purchase doors. This is not workmanship issues nor product failure problems.

      F&P also known as Home Envy and Bath envy, has not completed the bathroom remodel. They cashed my check for over $3200 dollars on July 7th . They have been here for about 5 hours and has cancelled 3 times at the last minute. I have cancelled appointments to work at their schedule and again they cancel. I have now seen all negative reviews and they all say the same. Please someone needs to do something about this.

      Business Response This customer added outlets to her bathroom after we scheduled and began her job. We had to pull off of the job in order for her to get a licensed electrician to complete her additions. We could not drywall until this was completed. She paid Home Depot her check. We do not receive funding until the job is completed. Had the customer not changed her mind about her outlets, her job would have been completed the week we were at her home with her original scheduled date. We had move on to the next customer in line. She is scheduled for the return completion the first week of Oct. This delay was not caused by our company. The previous reviews mentioned in this customer's complaint all came in during a nation wide product shortage and mentioned delays to their installations. We have zero control over raw good material shortages created by a world wide pandemic. Thank you for your feedback.

      I paid a down payment for them to put in a bathroom. I paid them $11000 so far. They have not done anything. They said that they have 1 person for this Illinois region and he is sick. They were to start this today. I have been waiting since January for them to start in June or July.

      Business Response Home Envy/ Bath Envy and Home Depot have issued a full refund to the consumer. I have nothing further to add to this case.
