I will start by saying I am never one to leave a poor review. Unfortunately, I fear that other couples will experience the stress we have if I don't. All suits were sized incorrectly by under-qualified employees. My father was sized 6 sizes up from his normal and even after having them change his size on paper, the pants came in WAY too big and somehow too short. Two days before our wedding the suits arrived, and 5/6 were the incorrect size. They made promise after promise assuring us they would have everything re-ordered for the wedding. They ignored calls on the wedding day to pick up our suits. The building was locked up and closed when the morning of when they told us that we could pick the suits up. Three men never received their correct sizing after alterations and they have been ignoring our calls and refund requests for two weeks. I have now heard of many others experiencing this same problem. Have not been able to get ahold of the owner to request refunds for 5/6 tuxedos that were not sized correctly and could not be worn. We ended up having to go shop around town for suits last minute.Initial Complaint

We used NP Tux to rent tuxedos for our wedding on Septwmber 10th. We thought things would go smoothly;however, they almost ruined our special day. I had to constantly call and follow up to find out when the tuxes would be in for fittings which did not happen the week prior to our wedding as they stated it would. Instead the week of our wedding I was calling them daily to track the tuxes because they had not arrived. They kept telling me they were to arrive the next day, finally we show up to try on the tuxes for my husband and son because we were told they would be there and they open at 3:30, so my husband left work early and my son missed soccer to try these on and we drive 40 miles to get there and find our they did not arrive, this was Wednesday before my wedding on Saturday. He said he had been on the phone with the company and they did not ship them priority so they would be here the next day instead. The owner of the company was letting a college student handle this entire situation and even though I asked to speak to the owner he never returned my call. Thursday the tuxes did not show up again and at this point I had to ask for the UPS tracking number myself as the college boy said they were to arrive by Friday morning at 8 am. He finally provided me the tracking number and it showed that they would not be delivered until Monday after my wedding, so I was lied to. Needless to say we did not have tuxes until Saturday morning at 9 am and they needed altered. We had to use suspenders for my husband and the others dealt with them not fitting right. They ordered the wrong ties, in which each person had to purchase, and completely stressed all of us to the last minute. We used the tuxes but was promised a 50% refund and a refund on the ties. It is 3 weeks later and I call almost daily and have not been give our refund yet. The owner will not return my calls. This has been the worst experience ever for the most special day of your life
