      This is a dispute over unmet functionality with Formstack and a contract they are holding me to.I joined Formstack in March 2023 to build my conditional logic decision tree for my business. After taking a year to finish the build and paying $5.6K in fees, I learned that it can't do what they told me it could dodeliver the results to my clients in an email while still being HIPAA compliant.Once it was confirmed by their support team that the software can't function as they told me it could, I asked to cancel the monthly fees. They explained that I was in a contract until March 2025 and that the $379 monthly payment would continue until then, even though the promised functionality was not there.I had multiple calls and emails with the support team and billing team. Despite showing Formstack staff the emails from the engineer saying it could perform what I need it to (attached), they are not willing to stop payments and cancel the ongoing agreement.They did eventually say there would be solutions if I were to continue working with them, but since I want to move on, I will have to keep paying them until the contract is up.I asked what the solution would be to keep working with them, and they did respond, but I am not interested in continuing to work with this company any longer. With multiple people on their team telling me that the functionality I need with the membership I purchased a year ago does not perform as needed, I am not willing to trust them with more time and money and would like to move on. Formstack has wasted enough of my time and money with promises of functionality that they did not deliver.I would like a refund of the $5,667 that I have invested in unmet functionality.I attached the last email sent with a copy of the email from Nabeal (engineer) and bolded the part where we confirmed functionality in 2023.Thank you for your time!********************* ********

      We used their service for years for esignature and then we found a better provider and wanted to cancel our service with them. We were forced to accept their service agreement (which i did not agree with) and then they drafted the annual payment of ****** without my consent or knowledge. I cancelled my annual membership within 90 days of the renewal that i didn't know about and they are stating that I can't cancel this until may of **** even though i do not want the service and do not use the service. I am filing a complaint because I want them to pro-rate my payment that i didn't want to make in the first place, and give me 9/12 of the ****** back. They are refusing to do so, stating that i entered into a contract that I didn't read or agree to.

      Formstack has no way for a user to cancel the account and stop automatic billing. The request to do so is circular and no one answer the telephone (listed on the ** site). The bot does not handle billing questions. The user has no way to manage this process and cancel other than submitting a form, which is also not answered.

      A form was created for parents to complete their child's registration in our RTBK summer program. 6/6/23 was the last day we were able to access submitted forms on Formstack. A support issue was submitted to Formstack. Formstack wrote: "Upon checking the details within the ticket, it appears that this submission link *********************************************************************** is from the form name Sexual Health. This form is under the email ******************* Unfortunately, this organization is already on a Free account and the email has no longer have the permission to the form.Please confirm that you recognize this email. Unfortunately, as of this moment, the form is already deactivated, archived and is closed for any further submissions. If this is not the right form, kindly provide the hosted Form Link so that we can further dig and investigate. Also, can you please provide the email address that is supposed to receive the notification emails?" *********** linked RTB's account to the form name Sexual Health with the email ******************* - not our form nor a recognized email address. We supplied all requested info, yet no resolution appears on the horizon. I alerted Formstack that children's program starts early July. Email responses seem to be automated responses. I tried calling the number listed on BBB. Received automated respone, no identifying info, stating no-one is available and to leave a message. We are current and automatically charged our monthly fee charge to a credit card.This problem was created by Formstack, not by ***********************. We are not receiving the timely support from Formstack necessary to resolve this issue.

      I have repeatedly asked form stack to remove my email address from their system. Someone created an account using my email address which I never authorized. I explained this to them on multiple occasions and requested that they delete the account and stop emailing me as this is clearly fraud. it has been months and I still continue to receive emails and billing statements

      I got an email thanking me for signing up for a 14 day free trial when I never signed up.: "Your 14-day Formstack trial has officially begun!" The login page even says, "don't have an account? Try out Formstack for free."Unless this is an error from Formstack, this is the kind of thing scammers do.

      Constantly getting emails asking for correct credit card info-I never ever have been in this site, heard of it nor ordered anything of the like yet Im getting emails every day. I responded that it is identity theft and I never requested an Acct and it was completely ignored. I still get these emails. How they got my info I havent a clue

      Formstack is used by the organization for whom I work - ********************* On a recent registration form, I integrated the form to Stripe, who processes the payment information taken by Formstack. 24 Registrants' payment did not get to Stripe. I contacted Formstack, who led me in circles for a week to no avail. On 6/29 I left a negative review (prompted by an email request from Formstack for feedback) stating my dissatisfaction and requesting a return call or email from a supervisor within 24 hour. I received no contact from Formstack. On 6/30 I left a message at the number BBB lists for Formstack - the only place on the internet where the number is to be found, incidentally. The number connects to a general voicemail. I left a message asking for a return call from a customer satisfaction supervisor. I received no call. Meanwhile, Formstack has payment information for 24 of our conference registrants totaling $1125.00, and they express no concern or regret that they have neither sent the payment information to Stripe for processing nor seem to be able to a) fix the problem or b) help me fix the problem. Meanwhile, I as a Formstack user am exasperated that we do not have our payments and that our registrants do not have the receipts that are automatically generated when payments process at Stripe.

      I purchased a service to file a biennal statement with the ************************ charged me ***** and I have not received any paperwork about the filing of my forms with the state.*** charges **** for the service and I was overcharged paying *****.
