On the evening of 4/22, my 14 y/o son was invited to Adrenaline. I took him inside to pay, fill out the waiver and had I a discussion with the cashier regarding the time of close. The cashier informed me they'd close at 10p which was consistent with the hours posted on the front door. The cashier then proceeded to ask me if I was participating also so he could complete the purchase. I informed him that I wasn't as I was dropping my son off with his two friends and their parents but that I would be back at close of business to retrieve him. I received a text from my son roughly about 45/50 minutes afterwards telling me to start coming back to get him. At this time it was 9:25P. He then called me at 9:34P stating he was standing outside in the cold due to everyone being kicked out of the facility and told to leave. I told my son to sit in the car with his friends' parents until I arrived but he had already informed them that I was on my way to get him. Nonetheless, once I arrived I requested to speak with the manager to find out why everyone was asked to leave before the close time that was posted. When I approached the owner to voice my concern, he took one look at me in disgust, folded his arms, and wouldn't let me get a word in. When I attempted to speak, he would cut me off mimicking a child saying "daa daa daa" He went on to complain about all the money he invests in his company and how disrespectful kids are at his place. I went on to tell him that wasn't my problem as my child doesn't fit that criteria and would never disrespect anyone of authority, or even his age. I again tried explaining my side of concern which was not only my son's safety but others after being put out in the pitch black and the cold. I told him he was being stereotypical with the things he was saying to which he responded with, "YES, I am!" I was shocked as well as offended with his words and actions. He was extremely rude, aggressive, defensive and lacked good customer service skills.Initial Complaint

A team member helped me sign up for a monthly membership at the facility. I explicitly asked what the terms are verbally and was told it is month to month. I did not sign any paperwork or contract. When I called to cancel after a month I was told i have to keep the membership for 3 months minimum. When I asked if they can send me a copy of the terms of the agreement and asked for a refund I was told I am no longer welcome at the facility.Initial Complaint

I had a birthday party at Adrenaline Adventure on January 21st 2023. I was immediately appalled by the amount of unsupervised minors they allowed in the building. So much so that I am sure they were over capacity. There were hundreds of kids walking around with no intentions on jumping. The staff was definitely out numbered and untrained on what to do in the event a brawl took place and it was evident. There was no security even though their website states it is a "safe" place for all ages. We had toddlers and babies with us. Of course a large brawl broke out, from the back of the building all the way to the front. The staff simply pushed all of the kids outside where they continued to fight. I couldnt even leave the building because they were fighting all through the parking lot and i really feared for my kids safety. They were not capable of breaking up anything. I reached out to the facility today to express my displeasure of the event. I spoke to a manager who stated he was there that night and he understood me being upset. He advised me that he had been instructed to give his gm's number to anyone who was concerned. When I called the *** *******************, he immediately came off offensive and raising his voice stating that he has rectified the situation so that it won't happen going forward and that he was not refunding any of my money.At this point I had not asked for a refund, I am asking for 1 now because of his lack of concern for the safety of my children. I asked how he was rectifying the situation and he stated other parents have volunteered to help out. How is this rectifying the situation ?! This man is only looking for maximum profit and could careless about the safety of his guests. At this point I feel this company is in a breach of contract as they advertise a safe place to play for all ages, but do not have proper security measures or proper training of their staff to be considered a safe place.
