I went to the store on **************** in **********, IN on 10/29 between 10 and 11 in the morning. The sales associate was the only employee I saw in the store. I was the only customer. He was rude, totally uninterested in answering my questions, and said if I continued asking questions, he would have to charge me $29.99 for 30 minutes. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding my experience at one of your retail locations. I was sold a device under false pretenses by the store manager, and my attempts to address the situation have gone unanswered for over a month.During my visit to the ******* ********************************************* in December 2023. I met the store manager ****. I explained to her that we had just purchased a new construction home and that we were only seeking a temporary Internet solution while we were waiting for the Internet Wi-Fi lines to be laid. I specifically told her I was looking for a temporary 2 to 3 month solution. She recommended the ******* home box as well as a ******* hotspot. I specifically asked if once my xfinity Wi-Fi was up and running at my new construction community if I will be able to return both products with no further charge. She assured me that as long as the equipment was returned, the equipment charge would end once I returned the equipment and ended the service. I return the equipment three months later and paid my final bill. I even contacted ******* corporate to confirm this when I was sending back the equipment and she assured me that I would not be charged as long aNS even mailed me a shipping label. After returning the equipment and paying the final bill, I was hit with a $419 bill for the hotspot charge. When I attempted to follow up with the store manager, I was told that **** is no longer the store manager, and there is a new manager by the name of ***, and he would not be able to rectify my situation because he did not sell the product. I asked for my situation to be escalated to the next person in the chain of command, which is the district manager named *************************. I have called on 8/2, 8/15, 8/29, 9/4 and 9/11. I also visited the store in August and on 9/11. ************************* has NEVER CALLED ME despite my multiple efforts to reach her. My daughter went to store and bought a new phone- turned out to be a lemon phone. ******* tech support to her to take it back to the store and get a new one.****, an employee, accused my daughter of throwing the phone at him- NO, she slid it on the table- with no cover, it slides. From the point forward he was rude and called her aggressive. A trainee asked if she should call the police-there was no aggression- not even a raised voice.My daughter said, Tech support said for you to look at the ticket and see that I am to get a new phone. He responded with; You telling me how to do my job? Leave the store. You are aggressive.I went to the store today to give them the trade-in. **** waited on me, and he did not listen to what I was saying. I commented that employee ****** was great and **** was good, but the man who waited on my daughter was not good. He said that was me, pushed the phone at me, and told me to leave the store.This is his jobcustomer service. Neither my daughter nor I raised our voices. I set up my phone service over two months ago and after spending over two hours on the phone and online working with the assistant. I have been locked out of my account for the next 24 hours, not able to link my information I didn't know I had to do after setting up my account with them. The person I was talking to said they would unregister my account and reentry it to work through the ******* back-end problems they have been having according to the last two people I have talk too. After setting on the phone now for two and half hours I have given up for today. I have never dealt with a company that puts its customers on the waiting list just because they have a prepaid plan. I haven't miss payments it's on auto pay but it is very degrading to the customer if they are treated with no respect because of the plan, they offer but don't want to honor their promise of good service. I have not received any information on my account number or anything else. Because they don't do paper mailings. It seems being retired on a very tight budget you are trash in their eyes and don't deserve anything. But they do take your money with no regards to honor or service to customers.Review from John F

I drove 45 min to wait in line for an hour because the lady on the phone told me she had the Apple Watch I was looking for. After she has it all rung up she tells me its used. She was trying to sell it to me at new price. I told her I want a new one. Thats what she was selling me. She says: I NEVER SAID IT WAS NEW! Whats worse? She has a new one in the back but company policy states: CANT SELL A NEW DEVICE UNTIL AFTER THE USED DRVICE IS SOLD! Thats fraudulent. Cant trust this company.Review from jerimiah R

Well I posted it on ************************** but let me tell you this company deserve to go out of business period so my tire pops I have a perfectly good spare so I didn't have the $400 for a tire so I had to change it my self I was having trouble with 1 bolt went in asked if they could lend me a hand I am in your parking lot and after waiting for at least *********************************************************************************** understandable I go back out and work on this bolt 2 hours finally get it broken and I go to **** it up and find out my **** is broken so I go back in to ask for a little bit of kindness and a new guy comes out and tells me No kinda messed up but ok understandable what irritated me about it is the guy mention how they had watch on the camera struggling he tells me to go across the street to the competition to ask for a little help I'm not mad that you have messed up policys but to sit in there laughing at me struggling is kinda messed up but I am a social media giant and you can imagine all of the bad publicity I am going to cause you guys I'm affended at this point and I am going to make it personal and I am going to post every single day on all social media platforms I'm going to join groups create groups and I'm not going to rest until it's made right by Less Snobes tire company in my opinion you guys should not be allowed to make money off the public since you have a hard time helping the unfortunate out plus I lost my job over it because I could not make it on time it was my first day not cool but now I have a new mission and I am going to put my talents to good use and spreed as much ugly about your company as possible plus my friends run some of the biggest pages on ******** not to mention I have 13 of my own ******** pgs F*** Less Snobes tire company discount tires should buy them at a discount rate by the time I finish I hold a grauge against bad companies with bad policies miss treating the public sorry I didn't buyReview from Wilder P

Better have proof of the promo they are offering for your phone so you can fight to actuallyget it. Traded in my phone on the March 2022 Featured Deal get up to $1000 on the S22 range with trade in. I have been going back and forth with them for a while now. Extremely long story short, every time I turn around I am getting less for my trade in all because they don't submit their trade in papers correctly. I am down to $700 now because they can't find a promo in their system that is shown all over the internet with a link to ******* to take advantage of it. If you think corporate ******* is going to help you they won't.Review from Bill T

I called TCC in hopes to open a prepaid account and I was asking to clarify some conflicting information I received from within TCC . The first operator in sales was very nice and seemed knowledgeable and escalated me to customer service for to move forward. The person in customer care was negative on the onset and became defensive after she negated what the earlier sales service rep had explained 5 minutes earlier. When I stated that I think she might be wrong and I asked that she maybe connect me to a supervisor she immediately told me that she already spoke to her supervisor ( While she was speaking to me ? ) and that she would be placing me on a Fraud list and she immediately hung up the phone ! What the heck just happened! I tried to call back, but it seems the system wont connect me to any one probably because of this flag. I think it would be wise for supervisors to be able to flag callers vs disgruntled service reps who don't want to be challenged. I've never been so insulted in my life by a retail company ! Kinda ridiculous.
