Damage baby bed his guys didnt mention they broke the bed broke my tv stand,owner does not take accountability for his employees,never again will i call these guys are recommended them to any one, all the way round nightmare dealing with this companyBusiness response

The customer claimed that we broke a ** stand and that's not true at all. I personally carried the ** stand and the back was broken off before I picked it up. The entire ***room furniture was in ruin, when I did the customers move it was off the books to save him money. However, I take full responsibility of the things that did happen, his daughters *** was not put back together because they couldn't afford more time. We had discusess me coming to put the *** back together and it was planned for over this past weekend. The move happened on the 26th of July, I have text messages between us and pictures of his damaged furniture with time stamps on them. He called me on Saturday August 5th, 11 days after the move about the ** stand being broken. His family rented a truck with no straps and 8 moving blankets, it was a 2 ***room apt with one flight if stairs moving into a ranch style home. Toys wasn't in boxes and the boxes that had weren't closed up, shoes and clothes was in plastic and I still packed the truck without causing damage. When I called him to ask if his move was ready and the ***s were ready to go, he said yes. That wasnt the case.The only way damage could have came to the ** stand would have been by brute force. We did not do that, his master *** was also broken, his wife told us to just get it out of the apt and that she told him the master *** was broken. When we arrive we told him that it was broken, he told us it wasn't and didn't believe it until she told him personally. I then offered out of the kindness of my heart a brand new king *** frame that I had at my house still in the box, I sent him pictures of that and told him he could have it for free to help his family out, he came to my house to retrieve it after I sent him photos of it. I loaded it on his pick up truck and gave him straps to secure it. When he called me to complain about the already broken ** stand he proceeded to use racial slurs and say this is why he doesn't use African American companies and if he was Caucasian, I would have just bought him a new one. I truly didn't break the ** stand and he wasn't there. I have all great reviews in my 3 years and it's a little funny that the easiest of all I get a complaint on for something that we both know was already broke. I have no problem owning up to when I'm wrong, on this I am not.Customer response

Strong hold moved me the first time I move into are new condo with no problem setting up my daughter ********** also with know problem,call him for my new move he gave me a price agreed to a day,his guys broke pieces to my daughter bed while taking it apart,my wife said he kept getting a attitude when asked if he was gonna put it together like last time(I see why they didnt cause we would notice the bed was broke),tv stand was broke also was supposed to come Saturday as we agreed never answer my call till Sunday when I called him bout tv stand,got very rude didnt want to make it right at all very unprofessional f**ck up attitude,Im have not referencing this business to anyone,I could of had some friends of mine move my own items with out any damage,tv stand needed replace n daughter bed could of been fixed,I want my review bout this postedCustomer response

My wife was right there when the bed was damage n mentioned it to *********** blew it off,I wasnt there at the condo when they was are I would of mentioned it right then n there to fix it didnt notice the tv stand was broke till we actually start to set my bed room up tv stand is new n was not damage are touch till this company moved it,sorry business owner that dont take accountability for there screws up
