I have never sold land of any kind in the past. Noble Property Holdings made my land sale the easiest it could have possibly been. I had the pleasure of working with Bei. She was extremely friendly and informative throughout the entire transaction, making me feel at complete ease during the sale of my property. 2 to 3 weeks and it was complete with money on my pocket. After moving to ****** in ***************************************** the mountains but didnt think I could afford anything although the prices were relatively low and there were plenty of lots for sale, I waited. Flash forward to 2020; it was he beginning of the pandemic and I was looking for land again although this time I noticed I wasnt the only one. Everything I found online had went up in price and was off the market in hours. I got lucky finding **************** and found a property I could afford and a down payment was made. Now I own a piece of ******** Ive always dreamed about thanks to the incredible opportunity offered to me from Noble Property Holdings. I recommend them to anyone looking for land. My wife and I have been looking for property for the past year but we didn't have the funds to buy the property out right. I was skeptical of their terms since they are one of the only company financing purchases in the valley. After the first email the process was a breeze with great communication. My husband and I highly recommend Noble Property Holdings. We worked with ********* as she purchased our land in *******. We had the land for about 20 years and initially planned to build a home there. Our plans changed and it became a tax burden. The process with Bei was simple and she is very professional, pleasant and great to work with. We worked with the ******************* for the official documents and to receive payment but *** followed up to ensure that everything was in order and the contract was fulfilled. Great company to work with. Me and the wife received an offer letter and we are glad we decided to take a chance on them. Even though they were out of state they aren't a scam company. We mailed the offer letter and in less then two weeks we had a check in the bank. If you have vacant land anywhere in the country you aren't using I would definitely recommend selling to Noble!
