I bought a car a year and an half ago and it SAT for that same year and a half because *** doesnt make parts for my vehicle anymore! I drove the car 30 days and put a little over **** miles on it! I was FORCED to pay for piece of c*** I couldnt drive in order to keep my credit on top! I was FORCED to buy another vehicle because you sold me ****! You may as well be a buy here pay here considering the **** you sell and your reviews on ******** are even more detailed! You sell people cars saying theyve been inspected which they probably have considering the place you had inspect that piece of c*** *** told me they informed you all of the problems with that **** and you still sold it! I can go on and on about the poor customer service, the **** you sell and so on but its not going to get me anywhere! However this LEMON DEALER needs to be exposed and I pray people read these reviews and take their good hard earned money elsewhere! Ill never do business with you all again and will promise to tell anyone that inquires about purchasing **** through you to RUN! Im not the only person who believes you not only sell junk but you run a s***** business that preys on people who want nice things! I have receipts and diagnostics from *** and your chosen repair shop that said the car you sold me was unsafe to drive and basically ****! And this was within 30 days of purchasing that ****!And one other thing, you guys waited until I was about to pull of the lot to tell me how the fog light was rigged to the a/c and in order for the a/c to work I had to turn the fog lights ononce again disclosed AFTER I signed the contract as I was about to leave your businessthat raised a huge red flag right there! The *** needed strut mounts, a power steering pump which your recommended shop, ***, and your crappy warranty company said was impossible to get as they are no longer manufactured, the emergency parking brake was broken, and transmission lines were smashed under the engine.

It is illegal to force a customer to buy a car. We do not break the law and no one forced you to buy the car. We do not sell junk as our customer satisfaction is over 95% therefore this is a one of situation and you are mad at Alderman for parts not being available. Many customers have been dealing with supply chain issues and not being able to get parts. That is not Alderman's fault or even your own. If you continue to slander our business without factual proof we will proceed accordingly.

Purchased a 07 Jaguar from them out of state. Car to date has had to have over $4000 worth of work/repairs and counting. $700 additionally today to replace battery and thermostat again! I have had this car for only a few months. Car was delivered with check engine light on as well. They did help with a few hundred towards one repair. Buyer beware. Lemons on lot.

Lemons pertain to new cars not used cars. You had the car inspected after you took delivery of the car and we fixed what the inspection showed. Months after a transaction and something goes wrong with a 14 year old car is called OWNERSHIP of a used vehicle. They are not designed to last forever you will have things to fix on cars. Therefore there is no buyer beware. Just a customer that doesn't want to maintain their own vehicle. Not a negative impact on Alderman Automotive.
