I took a cellphone into this shop because ad said, guaranteed parts & labor with fast service, all phone types repaired! When I brought my phone in, *** said they would have to order my part and needed to keep over weekend, but pick up Monday! Monday comes and no calls, so I call them and was told wrong part got ordered! I said why no call me and *** said, no number on file, because girl who placed info into computer supposedly forgot to put my contact number in computer! He said another couple days waiting! They already had my money or I would have taken it elsewhere, quick repair turned into a week! When I finally was able to pick up phone it seemed to charge but slowly and was told it just needed a full charging! After being home it wasn't charging properly and within a couple weeks phone started doing same thing again, so I contacted CPR but then the back and forth started! I requested refund for shody work and mentioned that guarantee of ************** but no refund! Song and dance and run around! I had my phone fixed with actual new parts and guess what, it works fine now! CPR owner emailed me and said bring it in and let us investigate it! No way was I letting them touch my phone again! I have my receipts for all work done on phone and I want the full refund they promise! By the way, after paying my bill and getting phone, I was very stressed about the situation and needed to use the restroom! I told the girl behind counter that I have a disability and showed my restroom card, but she replied( No) public restrooms! She suggested I hurry and go elsewhere! This place not only lies about their work but discriminates against paying customers with disabilities! I want my refund, an apology and for paying customers with disabilities to be able to use restroom or else public notifications about there policies regarding restrooms! Also, they lie about there guarantee and I don't believe they put a new part in at all, just repaired old one and charged new!
