Lancia Homes refuses to complete my house purchase agreement. I was promised grass seed in a timely manner, and they refuse to finish the job. This company is a complete nightmare to deal with.Business response

We are confused as we received the concern on July 3 at 7:40 pm.
The lawn was installed on June 24, 2022. for ************************ ******************.
If their are other concerns please reach out to ******************* our Service Manager.

The area around the pond is not completed. I am tired of pathetic excuses and incomplete answers.Business response

After further investigation
Your lawn has been seeded on your property.
The area between the pond and the rear of your property is the responsibility of the association and the developer.
We will reach out the developer on your behalf and you should as well to to have the area of concern seeded.
We are not the developer.
We consider this matter resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:
This has more to do than just the lawn. It was seeded untimely in the summer. My complaint is also how terrible Lancia Homes is. Poor/awful communication, cheap products, poorer labor, etc. *****, get your head out of your *** and run your business how your father wanted it to be run: fair and just.
