The aid, ******, provided for mom's care (dates: 3-26-24 to 3-28-24) was disrespectful, uncaring, and deceitful. (Note; **********************************, Mom is 87 years old, diabetic and disabled.) ****** did not listen to mom; instead she did what she wanted and ignored mom's requestes. She did not clean up mom's messes. Instead she chastised mom for making messes. I asked them to send somebody else. They did not and said, "Friday will be her last day". The aid continued to go through mom's drawers in mom's apartment without reason. *** told her to stop. But the aid continued looking in mom's cabinets and drawers, sometimes trashing the contents even without mom's approval. In fact mom was protesting and telling the aid to stop and not do that. *** also told the aid to leave. She did not. A neighbor heard the perusing argument and called the police. A police report was made against 1st choice. Also on 3-28-24, Thursday, I send the aid to get mom's groceries while we went to doctor ***** appointment. Then about 5:30 pm she brought the groceries into mom's apartment and I checked the food in and put it all away. Next I noticed on the Kroger receipt that I was charged for items that I did not receive. I confronted the aid and she blamed ****** for the addictional charges. I did not believe her because there were several items missing. Then the company called me with false accasations about mom from the aid and they quit mom as their client. We are now without any care on good Friday, Easter weekend, and until I can get a new agency for mom's aid/help.
