      We signed a contract for a complete roof replacement, per the salesman everything but the soffit and gutters will be brand new. When they arrived there was no dumpster and the started covering my 40 year old rotten roof with the metal shingles. One of the employees stopped and said they couldnt do it unless the boards were replaced, but per our understanding they were supposed to replace it. The workers seemed very unhappy, they claimed a tear off fee but we agreed and signed a contract which they never sent me, I signed on a tablet.

      was lied to several times.First lead to believe that Amish roofers were going to do the job then changed to mennonites. Was told that I was getting a winter discount then found out that I'm paying as much as those who have it done in the summer. When mentioned this to ****, the co-owner, his response was "so what." **** told me that all the roofers are employees and they are paid well. This was justifying the high cost. The roof was done by Mexicans. My neighbor told me that they are not employees. Not sure about the color of the roof has a beige color to it rather than charcoal. I ordered charcoal. They placed a sign at the end of the driveway without paying me any advertising fees. The materials were delivered by a guy who wore a Menards cap.

      Appreciate you reaching out. We apologize for the comment made by our representative "there will be beards on the job," this may have led you to believe people of the Amish persuasion would be onsite. I am not sure of all the religious background of our many installers, but I am led to believe some of them are Amish. Secondly, we have priced your job correct and our pencil was sharp and accurate. Also, we made a special trip out to you to make sure the color was correct. We have never paid anyone to advertise on their street via sign at the end of the driveway as it is a common practice, and when asked if you would like us to take it out you said it could stay. 

      We hope you to make your experience better so we will try to schedule **** to come out and speak with you. We appreciate your business and hope we can come to a resolution.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      their response was insulting.  i would like a guy i know to assess the situation so that i can be treated fairly.  
      **** told me people are paid for the signs and the amount they are paid depends on the location.  this same guy i know told me it would be Mexicans putting ******* on before they even came to my home.  h

Perfect Steel Solutions has tried to contact you and the last conversation we had you didn't want to meet with us or negotiate a settlement. We hate to see unhappy customers, and we regret things worked out this way. We look after our customers to the best of our abilities and do what is right for our customers who we treat like family. Since negotiations have come to an end, we will no longer have communications except through lawyers since you owe Perfect Steel the remainder of the bill on your roofing project. We hope in the future to better understand what went wrong in an effort to serve our customers even to a greater capacity. Thank you for your time and we wish you the best.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      it's not a matter of accepting or rejecting.  i cannot pay them until the roof is inspected.  this means the weather needs to allow them to be on the roof.  if everything is in good order, i will pay.  if there are problems they must be corrected before i can pay.  please share this with your lawyers.
