      Sales and financing customer service was awful. I was pre approved before even entering the dealership. I was told the financing company had a small issue with our application but there was a simple fix. I was told to get proper documentation and email it first thing in the morning and we would move forward. The financing manager had insured he would hold the vehicle for us. I emailed documents the following morning and called both my sales person and the financing manager numerous times without any response. I finally received a call back later that day to let us know the financing had fallen through and the car was sold to another individual. I was completely let down and frustrated by the chain of events and that everyone involved seemed like they could care less whether we bought the vehicle or not. Fast forward two days and at another dealership we purchased a brand new vehicle with the same financing company with absolutely no issues. The Vorderman employees that were involved showed no care or effort toward my sales experience. I will never have any business nor recommend any business to ********* **********. I would much rather use a dealer that wants the business and cares about there customers.

      Hi *****, First off, I apologize we weren't able to earn your business. After reviewing this concern with our sales and finance team, I believe I am aware of the full timeline. Between your comment and the sales staff involved, this is what I have gathered... 1) You and your wife came in with a pre-approval from ******* ***. These are preliminary and do not act as a full approval, so you and your wife completed the actual credit application with Emily. 2) It was approved pending proof of residency, and a $1000 deposit was collected to hold the *****. 3) The forms provided to us were declined from ******* *** as they were not actual residencies, but rather a type of P.O. box as well as an address of the campground your RV was parked at. Both you and your wife also had incorrect addresses listed on both drivers licenses as well. 4) There was a second approval for the loan, however it required $5500 down, which you and your wife declined. 5) At this point, you and your wife decided to go to ***** ****** to apply for a loan, but had also requested your deposit back. We gave your deposit back, and at that point, the vehicle became available to the public again as no agreement was in place to continue holding it for you. 6) With this being our only new ***** in stock at that time, it was sold to another customer within the next hour. It's unfortunate that we were not able to answer your calls when you had tried, however we did call back as soon as possible that same day. Above all, the only way we could have gotten you approved through ******* ***, was if we falsified your proof's of residency, which is not something we are or ever will be willing to do. I hope this gives you and your wife some clarification and understanding as I feel strongly that we did everything we possible could, legally, to get you into a new vehicle.
