On June 1, 2021 all Villa owners were sent an announcement that this company will begin full community management services for the *************************** Villas located in *********, **. and services will include correspondence for all e-mails, phone calls, issues, questions, and/or concerns. On May 17, ********************************** names that are considered Villa lots, No Response. Again on May 26, 2022 I made 2nd, request and as of this date I still have not gotten a response. Sent requests to to Community Manager, ******.Business response

Community Manager ************************* did not receive the two email requests from ***************************. **************** stated he also sent an email to the Board President and did not get a response. This is very out of the ordinary. **************** did not call ****** as he has done multiple times in the past. Over the past few years, **************** has called ****** many times and gotten excellent **************** and quick responses.
After the unusual circumstance of not getting a response from ****** or the board ********** **************** did not follow up with a phone call to find out if the emails were received. After getting this complaint on 06/27/22 (the first time received by Above & Beyond Community Management), ****** immediately called **************** and provided the requested information.
