      Management could do a better job if they make sure notices were given to the residents in a timely manner to avoid hardships when an increase is due.They should have notified the residents once they found out in November 2023,, that our homeowners insurance was being canceled instead of waiting to let us know in February ****. We were informed that the insurance was increasing from $ 600 dollars per year to over $2700.00 per year. We received a letter stating that the money was due on February 29,**** and a $20.00 late fee would be charged every month until its paid. Our community has 144 units and majority are senior citizens , a few of them are moving out of the community not because they want to but they have no choice. The Management company should have researched and secured an insurance company to cover our units in a timely manner and our rates wouldnt have been so high. It seems like we have been placed in a high risk category for insurance coverage. Living in a community that is governed by a HOA can be a pleasant experience if you have a management company that is truly mindful of deadlines, be consistent and follow through with complaints . I would recommend that you really research *************** prior to moving into a community governed by them.

      Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with our management office. We process notifications and invoices based on what the Lakes of **************************** allows us to do. This is defiantly an unfortunate situation but in no way reflects on the way our company does business. You should take this complaint up with the Board at Lakes of Buckingham as they are the ones who choose this route. We sincerely understand the frustration of this situation.  - The Above & Beyond Management Team.

      This organization acting as an *** is grossly over-misstated. Ive had 3 major issues in my neighborhood -1 - An aggressive and constantly barking neighbor pit bull (Animal Control has been called multiple ********** Managament said they would cite the owner). Dog has broken through its fence multiple times and chased after my family - no recourse or action from either Animal Control or ***.2 - The same neighbor built an unapproved fence past their property line and regraded their yard so now mine floods whenever it rains. *** said that is unfortunate and I should ask neighbor to split the cost to regrade my yard perhaps.3 - Mowing the common area behind my lot is supposed to be part of the *** fee each year, but it has not been mowed in over 2 years. *** has been contacted multiple times without any action to find a mowing crew who will do the job they are hired for.And after being in discussion why I should not have pay my full ***, they go radio silent and I am left to pay the over due fees that they refused to work with me through. Cannot discourage the use of this company enough.

      We are only hired to follow the direction of the board and the decisions they make. We do not make the decisions for the association and we pass on every compliant we receive and try to help find an adequate resolution. We also do not engage in civil matters between neighbors as we were not contracted to do this. Be assured though that your complaints were passed on to the board and the landscape company was notified. If you have further issues I would recommend attending the annual meeting to voice your concerns to the board directly.
