Moved into mobile home in May. Had issues ever since. Contacted the fire **** and neighborhood code for safety issues that only one safety issue got fixed not all. They wont accept rent payments. Im behind because there is nobody in the office to accept my rent payments. Very unprofessional company. I tried to even break my lease and was told if I did so I would still have to owe every single month (even if I dont live here) until lease agreement is up.

I have been living in my ***** home for about 3 years now. When I first moved in my water/rent was at a set rate of $36 a month. Weve had new management in and out so many times changing things and for about a year now they have separated my water/sewer bill into two separate bills and added a storm water bill. My sewer bill has been consistently set at $184. My water bill been consistent at around $78. I have a family of 4, two adults and 2 children, one being a toddler not even potty trained yet. Im not understanding why this is so high and I can never get a proper explanation. I have called the water company and asked for an estimate and I was told that I should only be getting charged no more than $100 for all and they didnt understand why it was all separated either. So Im hoping you can get a proper explanation for me and see why I am getting charged this outrageous price please.

It started in December. We said we needed a new mobile home as ours was unsafe. Mold, the walls were caving in, electrical issues that kept sparking our outside box. We moved homes and were told it was new. It wasnt new and we were overcharged for a new house price. Every time the manager told us to come to office, neither of them would be there. Always a lunch break, leaving early, taking a day off. He told us at one point hed figure it out and help us out and again to come back the next week (a day after rent was due). Because of them not being in office (dont mind we also have to take off work and lose money to come into the office) we didnt pay the overcharged portion and it continuously racked up and because of it my boyfriend, 1 year old daughter, and I got evicted. This new home we moved to has shorted almost every electronic device we have, the floors are coming apart, the water heater was expired by 9 years and they wouldnt listen to me about how bad the smell was. They just told me open your windows. My windows also dont have any screens (they are supposed to) and I again have a toddler. The back doors steps are taken off but thrown in our yard so anyone who walks out there is subject to a broken leg. They dont take care of the stray cats so theres f**** and spray everywhere. They break windows and glass when moving people into a home and they dont clean it up. My daughter cant even walk outside; I personally have stepped on glass myself here. They have a community where people come and try to light a porch on fire (have that on video). Everytime a new management comes in, like now through our eviction, they throw away all previous paperwork, work orders, etc. while being evicted, its nearly impossible to find a place that will take you in. My boyfriend and I went into the office today just to talk about a few things and the regional manager, who is also new, kicked us out of her office just because I said there were things not taken care of.

I moved into FWMHC ****** home park) on 8/2/21. My rent went from $700 to $1100 a few months ago. We went from having no maintenance fee to a $25 maintenance fee to not even be able to get ahold of maintenance much Less do they ever fix anything we need fixed. It was also randomly being charged to us out. We also went from the park sharing water/ sewer and being charged at the most $46/ month to now they are separated and our water is $65 and sewer $155. Also added on without acknowledgment a $100 MtM premium for not signing another lease with them that was never stated in the contract and ALTHOUGH i have been trying for 2 months to sign another so that I wouldnt get charged that anymore and I can never get a response or Im promised an email will get sent to me with the new lease and it never is. Im to the point that I am beyond frustrated that Im not given any answers and there is nobody to get ahold of. I ask that you please look into this to see if us residents are being charged too much and why we are not able to get ahold of anyone ever. Inflation has already impacted us enough and its hard enough trying to keep up with groceries but to have rent and utilities increase so much without answers is not acceptable. Please help me.

      Hello ****,

I looked into your situation and found that we did raise your rent this past year by 33$. You were paying $750.00 and now you are paying $783.00. I also checked into the renewal issues. We sent you a lease renewal request on January 04, 2023 that requires your electronic signature. The renewal request was sent to ********************* and *************************** These are the two emails we have on file for you and ****** If you can look through your email junk box and get this document signed then the *** fees will drop off. Also, since you we didn't send the renewal to you until January, we will be crediting the *** fees for the previous months. We have looked into the water and sewer bills, they have been high for the entire community. I hope this will ease your frustrations and we look forward to having you as a continued resident with the signed lease renewal.
