The end of February our neighbor had some sewage work done in her yard by A-1. We started to have sewage back up and human waste in our basement around the start of March. We called ****** **** sewage on March 17th and set an appointment for March 20th between **** pm. ****** **** came out and snaked our sewage line around 11 am, they hit mud in our line around 80ft. Then told us to call A-1. A-1 was called March 20th, I explained the situation just be told "we better hope it isn't out that far or we could be out 20 grand." I told him that his company was out at my neighbor's house weeks before and that we had never had issues until they came, I asked if maybe there was a mistake made and if he could look into it. He would not comment on this and told me the quote and the guys name that would be at our house on March 21st between ****. The A-1 worker, **** came out around 2:30 and put a scope in our outdoor clean out and said at about 80ft he got mud. He was asked to mark it on the ground and he marked right on top of the freshly dug up ground that they worked at weeks before. **** was asked to confirm if they had done the work there weeks before and he would not answer and said he will contact the manager. The manager immediately called the owner (*****) and he said he would be out the next day to investigate. He was given my phone number and my father in laws phone number (because he had questions) and was told by myself to contact me before he comes. The next day I got no phone call and my husband said ***** only called my father in law and they are headed to our home. *****, without digging up any dirt, admitted that he knew of his men severing our sewage line. He asked that we pay for it so he didn't have to "eat the price" of his mistake. We declined and asked that he refund us for the scope. He threatened to charge us for the work done next door and refused to pay us back. They did come reverse their mistake on March 23rd. He will not respond to us at all.Business response

we corrected our mishap , moving forward we will refund customer in full the ****** credited back to her credit card immediately , we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused . our manager just confirmed that she has been sent back to her credit card the ****** .
