I reserved a virtual reality session with Spectum Virtual Reality Arcade LLC on January 8, **** for January 27, ****. The website I used, ***************************************************************, accepted my reservation, and my payment information. When I checked on the address of the business, ****** Maps indicated this business is Permananetly closed. I went back to the web site and this time received a pop up indicating it closed April 2023. I called the number on both the website and ****** maps information, and found the number has been disconnected. I sent an email on the provided website and received no response. I called my bank to stop payment, but was told it had already posted to the account, so i will need to file a dispute. This business is no longer in business but is still collecting reservations and payments and should be considered as a fradulent business.
