I initially visited Affordable Dentures in Franklin, IN, on September 19, 2022. It was a consultation appointment. I was interested in having all of my teeth pulled, getting bone grafts, implants, and snap in ultimate dentures. On that day, we scheduled surgery for pulling my teeth and getting bone grafts. I paid a total of $3537.99. This was including a $3228.00 charge for both lower and upper ultimate dentures. I would not receive these dentures until approximately 13 months later. To pay for these dentures early is their policy. On October 24, 2022, I had surgery to pull my teeth and add bone grafts. At that time, I paid an additional amount of $3374.00. I was given a temporary set of dentures. A year later, approximated November 2023, I returned to schedule surgery for my implants. I was informed by ****************** DDS and owner, that I didn't have the room for full implants in my mouth. He referred me to a specialist, Dr. ***** in Caramel, IN to see if I could have mini dental implants. I couldn't get in to see Dr. **** until Feb 22, 2024. Dr. **** examined me, took x-rays, and gum impressions. I expressed my concerns to her that the temporary dentures I received from Affordable Dentures were ill fitting, the two front teeth were off center, and I have developed a lisp I hadn't had before surgery. I met with Dr. **** again on May 1, 2024. She had already stated that she could insert full implants on the top and bottom of my mouth, as Affordable Dentures stated they could not. She told me about the reasons for the problems I was having with my temporary dentures. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I decided that Dr. **** will be providing me with the implants and snap in dentures to complete my treatment. Affordable Dentures shouldn't have charged me for the snap in dentures a year before I would get them. I am unsatisfied with their customer service and products. I would like the $3228.00 reimbursed for the snap in dentures.Initial Complaint

I had previously gotten dentures at this site 2017, no problem, i called and ask how long it would take for replacement dentures they said 3 to 4 days, i had left my info by ph previously in two weeks still not hear nothing, i finally get through and made an appointment thinking i would have them in a week,I didnt know insurance would pay for a pair, ive been in pain and embarrassed for months now i got care credit to pay for them, i was informed by the office manager that i would have to wait on a insurance approval be 2 weeks, i again stated ill pay for all of it with my care credit, she says i cant help it you have insurance DEAR , then said you can go somewhere else,i said you are something and very rude ****** i was very upset at this point, im disabled with a brain injury, i have a hard time putting words together when stressed ,the office manager was something else, she is very hurry rush and rude, i was kicked out by the office manager, I did tell her she was very rude and something else on the way out the dentist ask how did it go i just threw my hand ** in a solute, she turned around and said infront of patients co workers get her out i dont want her back, um hold up seriously, she was impossible to communicate with, i suffer from depression anxiety, conversion disorder,i was blown aeay like wtf did i do to her, i could hear her being combative with another patient before she seen me, i would love to see her fired and escorted out in front of everyone,its absolutely humiliating,now after already waited weeks for nothing, im now gonna have to cancel my trip, i can barley talk with these im in alot of pain keep loosing weight i cant eat now this, she is a Disgrace to dentistry, i would like for her boss to see how she treats people, not just me everyone in general, i love and help everyone, what a nasty bitter woman she is, she should be fired immediately, for Creating a hostile environment, this has made me want to give up all i want is good service, i
