      I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I have to bring it back for oil changes for there so called warranty. I have taken it back when it is due an oil change. They have charge me five different prices for these oil changes. Also, on one of these changes they didnt put correct amount of oil in it and I had to pay for an oil consumption test at a ***** dealership because of there incompetence and there unwillingness to run the test themself. Worst dealership in the area. I have purchased my first and last car from them.

      After 5 1/2 hours of sitting around waiting on a car deal to go through knowing full well what our *** budget was they came back with a monthly payment $150 over our *** budget. I've never in my life seen a dealership so unwilling to negotiate a sale price or a lack of effort in order to earn a customer's business. I know the finance companies are the deciding factor but I also KNOW for a fact that the dealership has options and wiggle room internally to make a deal happen. You could have had a life long customer but chose to let that walk away over a measly $90. Sad

      Vehicle was towed there as the closest certified repair shop. Was told a serpentine belt needed to be replaced and tightened. Was told the extended warranty we had didnt cover it. Didnt expect the warranty to replace a belt, was told it would cost $700.00, didnt expect it to cost $700.00 to replace a $50.00 belt. Was told we needed a new battery bringing total to $950.00. Did repairs without authorization. Went up there and they didnt replace the belt they replaced a tensioner pulley. I asked if they submitted that to the warranty and was told yes. Was called a liar when we said we were told a belt replacement. I called the warranty adjuster he said he was told replace a serpentine belt and tighten same as my supposed lie. That wasnt covered but tensioner pulley was. Had to file myself for reimbursement. Told them to put my old battery back on. Was told it tested bad and had a dead cell I said I dont care put it on and jump it. The old battery started and has continued running. Do not use this place. Worst dealer service shop I have ever used.

      Took my 2017 Patriot to them for a warranty issue. Discovered that the small rust-through area on the fenderwell WAS still under warranty for one more week (usually it's the other way). BUT, because their bodyshop was a month out to get me in I was told I was out of luck and they refused to submit my warranty claim to Jeep. They told me if the work couldn't be started before my warranty expires that Jeep would deny the claim. I went to their competitior in ****** and they took all my info, got pictures of the rust. They submitted my claim to Jeep and the claim was approved today! Their bodyshop is also booked over a month out, but have me on their schedule in two months. This dealership (Fletcher) flat out lied to me about my warranty claim! This is unacceptable for a dealership to refuse warranty work.
