Dont fall for this man and his company to do work for you. Sometimes he does the work apparently because I was recommended by someone who trusted him and sometimes he doesnt. If you research this company you will see comments of other people complaining about his lack of follow through or taking money. For me, ***** Saenz received $500 from me on August 11th. Nearly a month later I am still waiting on my money back that he consistently promised. First he said his aunt passed why he canceled an appointment, then his father was ill as a result and he promised he would do the work the following week only for him to finally text me back after a hosts of calls and text messages that he was now out of town and do the work. He gave me three different dates he would refund my money and told me some story about being a business and for tax purposes doesnt keep money in his bank account to ***** payments back even though that is how he received the money. I could go on and on and you can also research the business and see others comments. You are more than welcome to reach out to me and I can send you messages in my phone proving my story. He lures your trust by saying hes a man of God and so much more. My best advice is never send this man a big deposit if you choose to work with him and if youve never worked with him before, please educate yourself. He has money from me that belonged to my client. I guess in 2023, trusting a contractor is very hard to do. Please be careful with this man. If you ask him about this he will act like he knows nothing of what you mean and offer to share you references of his good experiences but just know that there are victims like me who didnt realize they were involuntarily giving their money to a thief!Initial Complaint

Last year this company installed a patio area for me. This year (2023) I called back for additional area to be added to existing area they installed last year (2022). I was told that there is a $40 estimate fee, and that amount would apply to the final charge. After a month of contacting ************ for a start date. I was told they would not be able to do the work. I requested by estimate charge back since it is not my fault that they refuse to do the work agreed upon. That amount has not been returned to me. I paid via ***** and requested the money back in the same way. I have text messages to confirm my side of the story.
