      On July 11, 2024 I ordered a Greystone Double burner induction stovetop from Elkhart RV Parts. They collected the money but never sent the product. I have called, emailed and sent text messages about the order (5 attempts at communication with no reply or acknowledgement) the product delivery date was July 20.

      I purchased a microwave oven online from Elkhart RV Parts on August 2nd, 2024. The delivery date was supposed to be August 20th. When it didn't arrive I sent an email as their website requests for "a quicker response time". When I heard nothing after 24 hours I left a voicemail and also left a text. Being suspicious of such poor customer service, I checked the ********************'s website to see that this company is clearly scamming people. I know it's only been 48 hours since my microwave was past due, but I clearly need to get in line if there is any hope of recovering my money.Details:PayPal purchase of $303.21 on August 2nd from *********************************** Order $5055 for 1: Greystone 1.1 cu ft Convection Microwave, Stainless Steel **********/D100N30ASPRIII-B5-FR01 Scheduled to be delivered by *** on August 20th. No tracking info was given, No response from multiple inquiries by phone, email and text,

      I placed order #**** on 7/10/24 and received a confirmation email stating the part to be delivered by 7/30/24. Today is 8/8/24 and I have no part. I have tried to call multiple times and only get a voicemail message the fastest way for a response is text or email. I have text and emailed multiple times with no response. There is absolutely zero customer service, I cant find out if they are scamming me or if a part might arrive, or ask for a refund. Horrible business.

      I order a folding glass stove top for my stove in our travel trailer. I have emailed this company several times asking where my order stands. they have not replied. After 4 emails with no response and no product. i can not find a phone number to call. So I need help.

      Their website showed the parts I needed were in stock and could ship within 5 days. I placed my order on June 24 2024. Today is July 18, 2024 and I still have not received my order. I have called 6 times and left mess., sent several emails and several text mess. NO RESPONSE.

      I placed an order on June 6th, the portal stated it will ship within 2 days as it is an in stock item. The order receipt estimated July 11th as the delivery. The order confirmation email also says it will send additional notices for the shipping status. I have only received the innitial confirmation email. I reached out via email prior to July 11th asking for an update, no response. July 11th came and went, no delivery. *** called and left voicemails, no returned calls. Ive texted, per their instructions, no responses. Ive sent several email, no response at all.

      I ordered a sofa on 7/18/2023, they sent the wrong color with R&L Trucking. I sent the sofa back and they were to send the correct one. As of today's date 5/17/2024 I have not received the correct one and they will not get back with me, I have texted, emailed and called them numerous times. If they are not going to send me the sofa, I will need a refund so I can purchase one from another company.

      We are responding to this complaint.  The customer states she shipped back the original item.  We have never received the item nor have we seen any shipping details (tracking) for the return.  We will try to track down the item through the original vendor.  We are refunding the customer so she can go purchase elsewhere.
