On 12-24-2022 we woke up to frost and Ice on our not even three year old windows. We bought our windows in 2018. That was the first set. They forgot to include the foam filling that we paid for.There was far too much air entering our home and the moisture buildup on the windows made us take a good hard look at the windows. We found the mistake and contacted them. They replaced the windows in 2019 prior to COVID. What happened on 12-24-22 was the straw the broke our backs. We have many photos and we have threatened them via email to *** them if we are not reimbursed $7,300.00 which we believe is being very kind. The amount of ice and snow on the inside of the windows was ridiculous.These are their BEST windows with a DP rating of 55 and a seal failure after 20 years of less than a quarter percent. According to the video online, there should be no wind or rain , or snow, we would assume. These windows are leaky with air all the time and we just figured to live with it as we do not want our home torn apart a third time. When this happened on Christmas Eve, we decided , we cant allow this to happen. There was a blizzard but according to www.local conditions.com/weather-********-****/44667, the highest wind gust for my area was 44 miles per hour. These windows have a DP rating of 55 which should easily handle that windBusiness response

In response to the ********* complaint that was left open, it was discovered that my plant manager went to their home to resolve the issue. ***********************, Plant Mgr., took a special weatherstripping he developed to attach to the windows and he confirmed that the ********** were pleased when he left. Normally these issues would be handled by the dealer that sold the product, since we are the manufacturer.Customer response
